Now the TSA is asking for personal information on all airport workers including SS numbers, birthdates and other personal information. These government people are out of control.

This solution seems pretty efficient and foolproof to me. No scans or searches. Set up a reinforced booth at the airport. Every person who is going to get on an airplane is required to walk into this booth, and both steel doors will be shut and sealed. Before the person walks into the booth, they are told, in whatever language is appropriate, that once inside the booth a radio signal is going to be sent that will detonate any explosive material they happen to be carrying. Any materials they have in those bins in the x-ray machine will be sent to their next of kin or auctioned off. People in the airport will then hear an announcement over the PA system announcing an available seat on your flight.

These TSA outrages we're experiencing are a deliberate attempt to desensitize the American people to a more intrusive government. Keep fighting back!

A financial transaction tax would most likely start out at around 1%. If you made a $500 deposit into your savings account, $5 would go to Washington. If your employer automatically deposited you $1,845 paycheck into your account every two weeks, $18.45 would go to the federal government. That's what happens when your money goes INTO your account? But what about when it comes OUT? Well, that's another financial transaction, isn't it? Charge a $80 dinner for two to your Visa card, 80 cents to the government. Let's say your car payment is $390 per month. Every time you make that payment $3.90 goes to the government. Over 36 months this would amount to $140. Now keep in mind that you already paid income tax on this money and now another 1% going in, and 1% coming out.

The truth, of course, is that if they got the tax it would not be used to cover the deficit, it would just be more money for them to spend on their various vote-buying schemes.

And temporary? The only thing about this financial transaction tax that would be temporary would be the rate. And how long would it take them to tell you that they just "had" to raise the rate to 2%, and beyond.

Senate passes bill to lower volume of TV commercials. What's their Constitutional authority for that? The "Hey! Turn it down!" clause? Don't they have anything better to do at the Imperial Federal Government?

The White House is giving out $60,000 to University of Southern California students and other contest winners who created phone apps to encourage exercise and healthy eating.

Now, the average family tax burden in America is $10,000. Imagine that Barack Obama gathered you and five of your neighbors into a backyard, sat you down and said: "OK, folks. Now I know that the tax burden for each of your families was probably around $10,000 this year. That means that collectively, you as neighbors have contributed about $60,000 to the mandatory federal collection plate. I understand that you probably have a few ideas of what you could do with this $10,000 that my imperial federal government has now taken from you at the point of a gun. But as your ruler, I have decided that I am going to take this $60,000 and give it to some students at the University of Southern California. No, no, no, just hear me out! Look, these kids came up with some really cool applications for your cell phones. What's that you say, they could design these apps and sell them in the private marketplace and possibly make a lot of money? Well we as the government believe that if the government doesn't pay these kids to 'do the right thing,' it will never get done. So we paid these kids to create phones apps to encourage people to exercise and eat healthy meals. Isn't that cool? Don't you feel better knowing that your tax dollars are funding a phone app to tell people to exercise and eat their veggies? But that's not all! Next year, we are going to use all of your taxes again to pay contest winners who create healthy recipes for school lunches. Thank you for your mandatory contribution. Now the teleprompter has malfunctioned so that's about as far as I can go for today."

Not the average poor European - the average European. It all goes back to the definition. When President Lyndon Johnson was looking to expand our government welfare programs, he instructed that a definition of "living in poverty" be established that would best promote the expansion of government.

This means that you can have $1 million in a checking account, own three million-dollar homes free and clear, and drive your Rolls Royce to your private hangar at the airport to board your private jet for a quick trip to Paris and still be officially defined as living in poverty. Why? No income. You're just living off your assets. According to the Imperial Federal Government, you're poor.

This is why we're seeing an increase in the poverty figures. If you're out of work you have no income. Presto! You're living in poverty. It doesn't matter what your net worth is. You're one of the poor, poor, pitiful poor.

What a farce! If you want to know when a politician is lying, look for numbers to come out of his mouth.

Do you remember Warren Buffett talking about how terribly unfair it is that his income is taxed at a lower rate than his secretary? How can this not arouse a sense of absolute outrage in the people? This guy is one of the richest people in the world, and his secretary's income is taxed at a higher rate than his? The comment actually came at a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton in 2007. "The 400 of us [here] pay a lower part of our income in taxes than our receptionists do, or our cleaning ladies for that matter."

There's a con game here. Can you spot it? Unfortunately, the vast majority of the media class couldn't find it either; or if they did, they decided you had no need to know. I'm going to reveal this government con game here and then seek the shelter of a witness protection program. It's this simple:

Does he want us to tax all investment income as earned income? Consequently, they have now been proclaimed the "Obama Middle Class Tax Cuts." Will this also mean that if the evil Bush tax cuts aren't extended for the evil rich, they will have to be called the "Obama Tax Increase?"

Queen Nancy needs is to realize that these rich people do not owe her or the government anything. How about a plan to decrease government spending? The expense of wee-wee washing programs add up. Why isn't Ms. Pelosi hammering these wastes as unjustified or not worthy of "going into debt with foreign nations?"

Fact: Looking at our history over the past few decades we can hardly lay claim to being eternally vigilant. That needs to change!

An economy where the general belief is that it is not the responsibility of the politicians and the government to create the jobs. An economy where the private sector, and more specifically small businesses, are recognized, encouraged and honored as the principal creators of jobs.

B) An economy that is controlled by lobbyists and politicians who make decisions on what consumer items and services will be available, and at what cost, based primarily on the effect of those decisions on the popularity of the politician. An economy where politicians will determine what consumer goods are made available, what they will cost, who will get to purchase them. An economy where these same politicians will determine how much you are allowed to earn through your economic activity and how much wealth you will be allowed to accumulate.

Anyone with any love of freedom at all should have no difficulty figuring this one out.

The entire economic crash was centered around a collapse in the U.S. real estate market. This collapse was caused by tens of millions of homeowners suddenly finding themselves completely unable to make payments on their mortgage loans, payments that had increased due to adjustable rate mortgages.

Is that why Barney opposed reform? Let's change the scenario a bit and have a congressman protecting Fannie Mae while his girlfriend was working there. Do you think someone might have suggested investigating the situation?

A third-grader in Texas who received detention for an entire week for possessing a Jolly Rancher. Talk about over-the-top, zero tolerance rules that could only be enforced by government bureaucrats.

The school is Brazos Elementary in Orchard, Texas. The student is Leighann Adair, a 10 year old student in the third grade. Leighann went to lunch that day and sat down in the cafeteria next to one of her little girlfriends. Her friend's mom packed some jolly ranchers in her lunch. So Leighann's friend gave Leighann one of the jolly ranchers. This is when a teacher noticed that Leighann had the jolly rancher in the lunch room, walked over to Leighann and her friend and confiscated the candy. Then the teacher wrote them up for detention for the entire week! The crime? A state law that bans "minimal nutrition" foods. Now Leighann will spend the rest of the week in detention. She will be separated from her classmates during lunch and recess.

The best thing Leighann's mother could do would be to keep her daughter out of school for the next week and then never drop her off there again. Enroll her in a private school where she won't be subject to this type of asinine, zero common sense mentality.

Furthermore; what if Suns' ownership was expected to provide those who sneaked in with complimentary eats and drink? And what if, on those days when a gate-crasher became ill or injured, the Suns had to provide free medical care and shelter?

As cereal lovers sat down to enjoy their bowls of Froot Loops, Honey Smacks, Apple Jacks and Corn Pops, they had no idea they were about to eat a petrochemical called 2-methylnaphthalene. This chemical is "a constituent of petroleum, automobile exhaust, waste water from coal gasification, coke and shale oil production…" and other similarly bizarre sources. So what was 2-methylnaphthalene doing in boxes of Kellogg cereals?

It turns out this chemical was most likely released from the wax paper cereal liners that hold the cereal. This could have been due to the heating of the wax paper when it's sealed. This causes the off-gassing of chemicals which can then be absorbed by the cereal itself.

Maybe someday I'll run for office just so I can say some of the things I've always wanted to say but couldn't.

So, the Forest Service, or at least this one public affairs officer, now thinks we should refer to illegal aliens as displaced foreign travelers. It's just nonsense completely fitting of a government worker.

I don't mean credit cards or loans. I mean your share of the debt caused by the runaway spending of our Imperial Federal government. Well, that would be $72,000. Imagine what your family could do with $72,000 to spend or invest as you choose, rather than owe. Talk about an economic stimulus. But this is the reality we are facing and the current political hacks in Washington are too frightened (or obstinate) to do anything about it. This isn't just a Democrat problem; the Republicans were the majority for how many years in Washington? Nobody did a darn thing about it then. In fact, they managed to exacerbate the problem by doubling the size of government. But this problem has truly come to a head and the time is quickly approaching when something will have to be done. But remember that political hacks have one main goal: maintain power.

They're right. Politicians. Government. These people are the problem, they are not the solution, nor, for the most part, do they have the solutions. The problem is that these politicians (or as I like to refer to them: political hacks) have the executive power of government to enforce their "policies" and "solutions" on the people. And it takes a really large, huge ego to even run for office, let alone serve in Washington. These gigantic egos are going to use their government police power to implement policies that will get THEM the credit for anything they can lay claim to. Unfortunately, these politicians are so full of themselves that they can't even realize that THEY are the problem.

Taxpayers have paid out nearly $1 million per year in settlements to congressional employees who have been harassed or otherwise treated badly by their political bosses over the past 14 years.

How is this any different than how these politicians treat their constituents? Each and every day, these politicians showed up for work and managed to plunder the earnings and the future potential of their constituents. Shouldn't we be asking for our money back in "compensation"?

Tort lawyers lie. They say their product liability suits are good for us. But their lawsuits rarely make our lives better. They make lawyers and a few of their clients better off -- but for the majority of us, they make life much worse.

I fully recognize that a valuable role is played by lawyers when someone is injured due to the negligence of another. However, there's been a change in our legal system. Today, many lawyers are little more than extortion agents. They find someone with a grievance, no matter how minor, and start filing the lawsuits. The expectation and the reality is that many of the companies being sued will determine that they will be better off just paying a little money to make the lawsuit go away. No matter the merits of the suit, just make it go away. We need a loser pays system. That would mean if you file your ill-advised or spurious lawsuit and if you don't prevail in court you are going to pay the legal costs of the person or the company you sued. At present, if you file your lawsuit and if you lose you just walk away. In the meantime the company you sued has to suffer the high legal costs.

Here is a surprise: The United States is the ONLY major nation without a loser pays legal system. This needs to be changed, but probably won't. Remember the political hacks are bought and paid for by the trial lawyers.

A man who deputies say burglarized a home got more than he bargained for when the gun-toting, tough-talking homeowner caught and held him until deputies showed up.

Ken Easler, 73, said he went into his home on Jones Road before heading to the farmer's market on Saturday morning when he heard someone inside the house.

Easler said when he went into the house, he heard someone upstairs. He grabbed his gun and waited for the person to come downstairs.

"I put the clip in and jacked one in the chamber, and when I did, he had already started down the steps. He sat down. He sat down and held onto the rail. (He) started saying stuff like, 'I had to use the bathroom so bad.'"

A proposed law would give the president power to kill the Internet. This means forcing service providers to halt public Internet access. The law was designed with national security in mind. But it will face strong opposition. More companies are moving services to the Internet. But what happens when the Internet goes down?

The Chicopee City Council will call in four businesses to discuss their licenses because of concerns they are improperly using their scrolling electronic message boards.

But even the City Council is not that clear on what the owners of electronic signs can do. Councilor James K. Tillotson said he frequently passes a church that runs inspirational messages on the signs and questioned if that is allowed.

Let's analyze this so that even the city counselors can understand it. I own a business. I put up a sign. Under the 1st amendment, I have the right to put any message I choose on my sign, including my opinion that the city counselors continue to behave like room temperature IQ idiots.

The bill would give the president emergency powers to seize control of or shut down portions of the Internet.

Any private company reliant on "the Internet, the telephone system or any other component of the U.S. information infrastructure" would be "subject to command" by the agency.

Arizona is spending $1.25 million to build bridges for endangered squirrels over a mountain road so they don't become roadkill and then monitor their health.

The money is being spent, officials said, because cars kill about five of these squirrels each year.

Another $160,000 will be spent on cameras to monitor the bridges, and the rest of the money will fund a project to monitor the rodents.

Right in the middle of the cleanup effort the United States Coast Guard thinks it would be a nifty time to have a little safety inspection of the skimming vessels being used. Oh yeah! The Coast Guard had to make sure that these boats had fire extinguishers and a life jacket for every person on board. So the boats were ordered into port and sidelined for about 24 hours while the Coast Guard conducted their safety inspection.

I've seen government do some amazingly stupid things, but this takes the cake. No private sector company would ever pull an insane stunt like this. This is the type of idiocy that can only come from government.

What's up next? Fire trucks are on the way to a fire. Some DOT safety inspector is cruising down the road and sees the trucks. He figures that this might be a good time for a safety inspection. Besides, he notes that one of the brake lights is broken. So, he pulls the fire truck over for an inspection. Meanwhile, the building keeps burning.

Obama went to the groundbreaking of a road project in Columbus, Ohio, Friday to show that his massive stimulus package is still churning out jobs -- a "good news" story that was anything but for some construction workers who were trying to figure out how to make up for the payday they lost due to the president's visit.

The workers were told not to report to their construction project at a nearby hospital Friday, because the Secret Service was shutting it down for security reasons. They also were told that they would not get paid for the forced day off.

Obama's trip to Columbus probably cost taxpayers between $500,000 and $1 million.

Air Force One alone bills out at $100,000 per hour, and the round trip is nearly two hours. Adding to the cost are military aircraft to carry limos and secret service vehicles, Marine One on standby, Secret Service, local police and other factors.

A Southwest Airlines employee called police after finding human heads in a package set to be transported to a Fort Worth medical research company.

Christan Morales says her son just wanted to honor American troops when he made a hat decorated with an American flag and small plastic Army figures.

But the hat ran afoul of the district's no-weapons policy because the toy soldiers were carrying tiny weapons.

"His teacher called and said it wasn't appropriate because it had guns," Morales said.

Yesterday Obama met with BP executives at the White House for 20 whole minutes! It's day 57 of the spill, and the BP execs get 20 minutes. But what was agreed upon in the meeting should have you far more outraged. While Obama has zero legal authority to seize $20 billion in funds from BP, he resorted to the next best thing: intimidation. Unfortunately our federal government has managed to find a way to do what it wants, despite any limitations placed on it by the Constitution or our laws of the land. Some pundits have gone as far as to say that Obama has managed to create his own sense of a legal system. So BP saw the writing on the wall and agreed to the $20 billion fund. This fund, as Obama stated, would be run by an "independent party." That "independent party" just happens to be an Obama appointed czar. Who signs his checks? The government. Only an ObamaZombie will buy this "independent" nonsense. Feinberg is there to please Obama first and to address a sense of fairness second.

However, in order to pay for this fund, BP has indeed decided to suspend paying dividends to its shareholders for the rest of the year. Those dividends keep a lot of British pensioners afloat. But on top of the $20 billion fund, BP will also set aside $100 million to compensate oil field workers for lost wages. Why is this? By the maligned rules of government logic, it is inevitably BP's fault that the Obama administration has called for a six month moratorium on drilling. This moratorium affects thousands of workers who will now be compensated by the government, out of a BP account.

Now I'm not suggesting in any way that BP should escape liability for the damages it caused. I am saying that we have a legal system to address those liabilities. BP had initiated and was handling a claims process on its own. But Obama could not stand by and watch a huge corporation actually address its responsibilities in this manner. Government had to be a player. The narrative of the evil corporation doing right only under the watchful eye of an omnipotent government must not be lost here.

It was a Godfather-style, $20 billion shakedown in the White House. Let's watch over the coming months and see how many improper payments are made to fraudsters with BP's money.

Clear Creek sheriff's deputies on Thursday arrested a rafting guide for swimming to a stranded young rafter who had tumbled from his boat on Clear Creek.

Ryan Daniel Snodgrass, a 28-year-old guide with Arkansas Valley Adventures rafting company, was charged with "obstructing government operations," said Clear Creek Sheriff Don Krueger.

"When you have someone in sight who has taken a long swim, you need to make contact immediately," said Bradford, a 15-year rafting guide and ski patroller from Summit County. "This is just silly. Ryan Snodgrass acted entirely appropriately. These guys came to the scene late and there was a rescue in progress. They came in and took over an existing rescue. To leave a patient on the side of a river while you get your gear out of the car and set up a rescue system you read about in a book is simply not good policy."

"To jump into water and navigate a river in a swiftwater rescue is common. You get into the river and swim. You have to do it," Branford said. "The fact these guys don't understand that is disturbing. Making contact immediately with your victim is essential. It's not about who is in charge. It's about the safety of a 13-year-old girl. You are going to do everything in your power to insure the safety of your guest, and if that means in Idaho Springs you get arrested, well I guess we'll just get arrested."

According to most estimates, the amount of oil leaking from Deepwater Horizon is in the range of 12,000-20,000 barrels per day. Let's assume that this continues until mid-August.

Now, I know most people who were educated in government schools today might be bad at math, but try to follow along.

20,000 barrels/day x 120 days x 42 gallons/barrel = 100.8 million gallons of oil released.

100.8 million divided by 660 quadrillion is one gallon of oil for every 6.6 billion gallons of water in the Gulf.

That's the equivalent of roughly one-millionth of an ounce of oil in a typical bathtub full of water.

Therefore, most of the water volume in the Gulf of Mexico will not be affected. In fact, much of the oil, the plumes beneath the surface a hundred miles away and 24 miles long, at some point is going to be dissipated, eaten alive by microorganisms.

The federal government made at least $72 billion in improper payments in 2008. Are you grasping that figure? Now we have the exalted Obama demanding $20 billion from BP so that the government can be in charge of handling claims. This very same government squandered $72 billion in improper payments in 2008? Someone ask BP how much they wasted in improper payments that year.

Government auditors spent the past five years examining all federal programs and found that 22 percent of them -- costing taxpayers a total of $123 billion annually -- fail to show any positive impact on the populations they serve. This is no surprise. These programs may have failed to show a positive impact on the people government was intending to help, but they increased the power of government. Therefore, for the political hacks, mission accomplished.

A GAO audit classified nearly half of all purchases on government credit cards as improper, fraudulent, or embezzled. If you ran your household or your business that way you would be bankrupt. Only government can get away with that crap, and it's because you Let government get away with it by continuing to elect the same power-hungry imbeciles who got us into this situation in the first place.

We could go back through history and I guarantee you that you cannot find one government-run program that a rational person could consider efficient.

As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University . They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

-- Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care.Â It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

-- Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."

-- Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.

-- Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

-- Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America . The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.

-- Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition.

With the acts outlined above, Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Obama using the Cloward and Piven Plan.

About 75% of the children enrolled in the All Kids Health Care program (also known as KidCare) are illegal aliens and the annual cost of covering them is nearly $55 million, according to a state audit of the 5-year-old insurance program.

Bush was being expected to instantly convert a tiny federal oversight agency (FEMA) into a rapid response military unit that could immediately rush in and rescue an entire city from its incompetent, do-nothing Democrat leaders overnight. Obama is being expected to lift a finger to plug a hole (or to at least get out of the way so state leaders can control the damage with things like sand berms), but apparently prefers attending fundraisers, playing golf, hosting sports teams and delivering commencement speeches instead.

1. Democrats caused this disaster (partly, at least) by requiring all energy exploration to take place so far off the coasts that divers cannot simply go down and fix any problems that occur.

While we focus on the cleanup efforts and assigning blame, the administration is deciding how it wants to capitalize on this oil spill. Remember the words of Rahm Emanuel: Never let a good crisis go to waste. This is a crisis. Based on the first year of the Obama presidency, he will use this crisis to his advantage and the way he is going to do it is that he will use this incident to pass massive new regulations and taxes on industry and business in the name of global warming, environmentalism and preventing any other disaster of this type.

Right now they are building sand berms in Louisiana, they are using mayonnaise to wash oil off of pelicans, they are hiring fishermen to hunt for tar balls. In the meantime, in the White House Barack Obama and his socialist, anti-free enterprise cadre developing plans for massive new regulations and taxes on business and will present these to the American people: "This is what we have to do to prevent another Deepwater Horizon incident!" This crisis will be used to further the destruction of capitalism and free enterprise, to hamstring private business and to further the cause of redistribution of wealth in this country. While we were distracted by tar balls and the saga of Al and Tipper, our federal debt surpassed $13 trillion. This is the first time in history that our country has sunk this much into the red. Say what you will about the spending of previous administrations, but there is no doubt that Barack Obama and the Democrats running the clown show in Congress are on a high-speed track to America's financial destruction.

Since the inept Community Organizer has taken the reins in Washington, our government has spent an average of $5 billion a day. That is almost three times as much as the daily average under George W. Bush. This means that so far under Obama's presidency, our national debt has risen $2.4 trillion.

Just yesterday PrezBo had harsh words for the GOP. He criticized them for sitting on the sidelines and not offering any solutions. Perhaps Obama should direct some of that anger towards his fellow Democrats in Congress who have refused to vote on a budget this year. Other than defending our nation, is there a more primary function of government than setting a basic budget for operations? While Obama has managed to appoint a debt commission, what real action do you see these political hacks taking to tackle our debt crisis? The answer is none. This is a crisis that isn't going to win them votes. It isn't going to win them re-election, union support or local memorials in their honor. To tackle this problem it is going to take politicians who are not there because they seek power, but because they want to get this country back on track. Where can you find such selfless people? Certainly not with the people currently running the show in Washington.

Where do voters find these moonbats? Is there not anyone more capable of handling the duties of representing you in Washington other than this nitwit?

The New York Times is publishing a series of such stories under the rubric, "The New Poor." Last week's installment focused on a 22-year-old unemployed single mom from Arizona who qualified for state-run subsidized child care but was placed on a waiting list because budgetary constraints forced cutbacks in the program.

We feel for this mom whose work options are limited by the need to care for her 3-year-old daughter. We all know someone who has been left jobless, financially strapped and emotionally bereft by the recession. Yet, at the risk of sounding hard- hearted, the U.S. can't afford to provide everyone with food, clothing and shelter, not to mention medical and child care, college tuition, a low-interest mortgage and a Social Security check until death.

As much as this single mom's plight tugs at our heart strings, using deficit financing to provide her with government subsidized child care is dangerous to her child's health. That child will have to shoulder the bill. That's the pain we don't feel or hear about; the pain that doesn't make its way into news stories, at least not in human terms; the pain that's no less real, just less pressing.

Do you get the point here? Things may be a bit rough for us right now, but do you realize the burden we're putting on our children to ease the pain for ourselves? Wouldn't a loving parent suffer the pain right now so that their children might have a better life? The real pain is a pain that doesn't make the front page of the news. Forget swimming pools or choking hazards. Our federal debt may be the single greatest danger to your child's health.

An investigation that found thousands of dollars in unauthorized purchases of clothing, gold coins and televisions using government cards has resulted in no disciplinary action.

She's an illegal alien. Gladys Castro came illegally to the United States with her family when she was eight years old. She has no Social Security number; she is not a US citizen.

Now Gladys Castro wants to go to UC Berkeley but can't afford the $30,000 a year in tuition. She can't apply for government loans because she is in the country illegally. Without the government, which has already paid $100,000 to educate her for the last ten years, Gladys says that she can't afford to go to college.

This person should not be rewarded for her illegal behavior. She should leave the country and apply for entry just as your own ancestors may well have done.

Fact: How many laws do you know of that do not have the potential of being applied in a discriminatory fashion? The Arizona law actually says that it cannot be applied discriminatorily, but does that mean that the potential for discriminatory application is not there?

Fact: That is a blatant misinterpretation of the law? The Arizona law would allow state law enforcement officers the same immigration enforcement privileges as federal law enforcement officers IF there is a lawful encounter and IF there is reason to suspect the person is in the country illegally. Example: During a lawful traffic stop, if a person can't provide a valid driver's license, or a passport, or a US address, can't speak English and is blaring Mariachi music from the car stereo, then the powers of reasonable logic kick in. The law specifically states that a law enforcement officer cannot stop someone simply because of what they look like. The difference is that state and local Arizona officials WILL enforce the law at hand. Federal officers will not.

The CIA has said the S-300 missiles, which have been contracted by Tehran but not delivered, will be used to defend Iranian nuclear facilities.

An Arizona utility commissioner said he's willing to pull the plug on Los Angeles if the city goes through with a boycott of his state.

In a letter to the city of LA, a member of Arizona's power commission said he would ask Arizona utility companies to cut off the power supply to Los Angeles. LA gets about 25 percent of its power from Arizona.

The commissioner's power grid play is in response to the city's approval of a resolution directing city staff to consider which contracts with Arizona can be terminated. If they don't like anything about Arizona because of the law, then they probably don't like the profiled electricity generated by Arizona.

This chef that they brought in from Chicago started tweeting from the White House kitchen. He started tweeting about himself, about what he was doing, he described a mole, which is a sauce that has 27 or 28 ingredients in it and then he named another dish, and then finally the regime took his tweet machine away from him.

They are going to allow a pool reporter, one pool reporter to come in and take a quick sneak peek at the setup. They are trying to hold off the menu because it's probably 4,000 calories and will contradict Michelle's austerity program where food is concerned. They're trying to hide the opulence of what's going on tonight with the state dinner for Felipe Calderon, the Mexican president. Guest chefs don't get paid. They do it for the honor. So this guy is being brought in by Michelle and Barack. The regular White House chefs get shoved aside. They peel the potatoes and chop the onions.

The reason that that Obama is obsessed with controlling the media, even the chef's tweets, is because he doesn't want the people to see the real Obama. He loves flying Air Force One, probably one of the reasons he wanted to be the leader of the regime. He loves these elaborate dinners, he loves $100 per pound Kobe beef appetizers. He loves the opulence. But we can't be allowed to see the real Obama.

What country do we live in? By the way, the tweeting chef, Rick Bayless, is supposedly an expert in Mexican cuisine? Why are they bringing in an expert in Mexican cuisine? Can't Calderon get that every day?

Fact: "Trabajemos juntos." The root word there is "junta." So "Mexican-American families have been here for centuries," true," as well as those who continue our proud American tradition as a nation of immigrants," true, "all of whom strengthen our American family," not true. Those who do not come here legally and those who do not assimilate when they come here do not strengthen the "American family." Without borders we don't have a nation, and right now we have no southern border.

Mexico annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does. They enforce their immigration laws. When we attempt to enforce ours, their president comes here and calls us discriminators and racists while our president stands silently by, apparently approving.

Chicopee police say a man faces a child endangerment charge after allegedly offering to swap his 3-month-old daughter for a pair of 40-ounce beers.

Police say 24-year-old Matthew Brace of Northampton made the offer to a maintenance man outside a gas station convenience store on Monday. The maintenance man called police, who say they found Brace hiding with the girl behind a trash container.

Two fans at a Phoenix Suns basketball game were ejected from their first row seats and removed from the arena last week after refusing orders from security guards to take off their shirts in support of Arizona's recently passed law against illegal immigration.

The moronic protests over the new Arizona immigration law continue apace. Time to pick apart these protesters and the "activists" who egg them on. Neal Boortz, always at your service.

This week the city of Los Angeles decided it was going to boycott Arizona. Well, that's understandable, since a good many people in Los Angeles think that they're living in Mexico anyway.

Take, for instance, the billboard erected by Los Angeles TV station Noticias 62. There's the smiling anchor team with the slogan "Tu Ciudad. Tu Equipo." (Your city. Your team.) The words across the top of the billboard read "Los Angeles, CA. The "CA" is "X"ed out. In its place we see the word "Mexico."

There you go: "Your city. Your team. Los Angeles, Mexico." Are you getting the message? If not, maybe a Los Angeles government-school teacher by the name of Ron Gochez might help you along. This past week he was addressing a rally protesting the Arizona law. This teacher - paid by taxpayers - told the rally that California was "occupied territory." That would be occupied Mexican territory, in case you don't understand. Mexican territory occupied by a group he referred to as "frail, racist white people." Yup ... he still has his job. You're still paying him.

Why bring up Gochez and the Noticias 62 billboard? You need to understand that many of the illegal aliens swarming into the southwestern United States have a completely different view of this situation than you might. To you they're illegal immigrants. To them? Well, they may well think that this is their territory anyway and they don't need anyone's permission to be here. Truth be told, the way California is going we might be more than willing to cede that mess to Mexico in the near future anyway - but only if Alec Baldwin, Barbra Streisand, Sean Penn and Danny Glover go with it and become Mexican citizens.

Before we move on, let's address the two pertinent questions about the Arizona immigration law. I've been asking for someone to answer one or both of these questions for two weeks now. Thus far nobody has stepped forward. Are you ready to tackle them? OK, here you go:

1. What can any Arizona law enforcement official - a sheriff, sheriff's deputy, police officer - any Arizona law enforcement official do that a federal immigration officer cannot already do under existing federal law?

2. What identification or paperwork requirement does the new Arizona law place on any noncitizen living or traveling in Arizona that current federal law does not already place on a noncitizen living or traveling anywhere in the United States?

Now if there is no meaningful difference between the two, what in the wide, wide world of liberal activism are we so agitated about here? Well ... I'll tell you what. There actually is a big difference between the federal law and the Arizona law. That difference is this: The federal government has no intention whatsoever of enforcing its immigration laws. Arizona does.

There's the rub. Illegal immigrants and their advocates know they really don't have all that much to worry about from the federal government, especially when the party in power is pandering for Hispanic votes. Those determined law enforcement officers in Arizona are another matter.

Now ... before you turn the page, a word about the evil of profiling. That's the objection to the Arizona immigration law - profiling, right? Now this hypothetical isn't original with me; I read it in a column and I regret that I cannot remember who wrote it. Here you go: What if two fat Asian women rob a bank wearing traditional Japanese clothing? How should police broadcast the alert to the cops on the street - how would they do that WITHOUT profiling? Answer? "Be on the lookout for two people who just robbed a bank." Yeah ... that works.

The opening date shall live in infamy: Sept. 11, 2011. The 10th anniversary of the day a hole was punched in the city's heart.

We have American kids getting tossed out of school for wearing American flag shirts on Cinco de Mayo (a Mexican beer holiday) because they were accused of being insensitive. But it's totally cool to open a mosque right across the street from ground zero on 9/11?

The U.S. Census Bureau spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on promotional items used to convince more people to mail back their census forms, but an investigation found thousands of the items were dropped off, unused, at a local high school.

The leftover items, such as backpacks, cloth grocery bags, hats, pins, magnets and business card holders, were dropped off at Lakewood High School last month.

"We probably had, between the backpack style [bags] and the shopping bag style [bags], over 1,000 dropped off," Lakewood High School Principal Ron Castagna told 9Wants to Know.

He estimates more than 1,000 posters printed in different languages were also dropped off at the school.

An unknown Census worker walked into the school in mid-April and asked the principal if she could leave the items. She did not ask the school to distribute them.

"[She] said, 'We have extra stuff. We're wrapping up the Census and we just want to distribute the materials,'" Castagna said.

Among the many boxes of posters the Census worker left at the school, were more than 300 promotional posters printed in Farsi. Farsi is the language spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan.

9Wants to Know reviewed the U.S. Census Bureau's numbers from 2000 and found 360 people spoke Farsi in all of Jefferson County at that time.

"How much money was spent on items like this that could have been spent someplace else?" Castagna asked.

Loosely translated, that's French for: "Obama keeps talking about ending bailouts forever, but quietly urged European leaders last weekend to take at least $50 billion in American taxpayers' money to bail out Greece, Spain, and Portugal". Europe's leaders agreed to his request.

Greece's government is even more wildly out of control than ours - if such a thing is possible. They have long been spending money on a generous nanny state that they cannot afford. The Greek people asked for even more spending without considering the consequences. They went broke a few weeks ago when they found out that they could not borrow another dime.

The people you saw rioting in Greece over the last few days were socialist party members resisting spending cuts. Their country is broke and they don't think they should have to cut spending. The average retirement age in Greece is 52 years old. Frankly, they would sooner set buildings on fire than work as hard as Americans. Yet, whether or not the news reports it, you are now bailing them out.

The bottom line is it is our responsibility to pay for somebody else's mistakes, not the banks, AIG, the auto companies, Fannie and Freddie, and certainly not Greece.

The madness must stop. Obama made much of his announcement several months ago that he was freezing the budget, but since that announcement, all we have seen are increases. Despite the American people's clear opposition, the government spending just keeps on coming.

Their loud and drunken behavior makes the lives of their neighbors a misery - and it is all being funded by state handouts of £20,000 a year.

Residents are petitioning to have Jane and Lee Houghton, their five youngest children and a grandson evicted.

The overpass was rebuilt with federal funds and it reopened about five months ago. However, its clearance over I-75 doesn't meet federal standards. To meet the requirement, the freeway will be lowered for a half mile in each direction, roughly between Breckenridge and Highland avenues.

The bridge couldn't be built 2 inches higher to satisfy the mandate, according to Rob Morosi, spokesman for the Michigan Department of Transportation.

Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) today named Senate Appropriations Committee Ranking Member Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) April Porker of the Month for being the biggest porker in the 2010 Congressional Pig Book, the third consecutive year he has received this dishonor. Sen. Cochran obtained 240 earmarks worth $490 million. Since fiscal year 2008, Sen. Cochran has obtained more than $2 billion in pork-barrel earmarks.

Some examples of Sen. Cochran's $490 million in pork include: $4,841,000 for wood utilization research; $1,608,000 for dietary supplements research; $1,000,000 for the University of Southern Mississippi for transitioning space technologies into the commercial sector; $850,000 for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship; $231,000 for e-commerce; and $200,000 for the Washington National Opera.

Schools are abandoning the practice of cutting up frogs, rats and animal organs which has been a mainstay of biology lessons for generations, out of concern for squeamish pupils and fears that they could turn their scalpels on each other.

An all-but-overlooked provision of the health reform law is threatening to swamp U.S. businesses with a flood of new tax paperwork.

Section 9006 of the health care bill - just a few lines buried in the 2,409-page document - mandates that beginning in 2012 all companies will have to issue 1099 tax forms not just to contract workers but to any individual or corporation from which they buy more than $600 in goods or services in a tax year.

The stealth change radically alters the nature of 1099s and means businesses will have to issue millions of new tax documents each year.

Right now, the IRS Form 1099 is used to document income for individual workers other than wages and salaries. Freelancers receive them each year from their clients, and businesses issue them to the independent contractors they hire.

But under the new rules, if a freelance designer buys a new iMac from the Apple Store, they'll have to send Apple a 1099. A laundromat that buys soap each week from a local distributor will have to send the supplier a 1099 at the end of the year tallying up their purchases.

Taken together, the two seemingly small changes will require millions of additional forms to be sent out.

"It's a pretty heavy administrative burden," particularly for small businesses without large in-house accounting staffs, says Bill Rys, tax counsel for the National Federation of Independent Businesses.

An Illinois high school says it's denying its girls' basketball team the opportunity to play in an Arizona basketball tournament over the Grand Canyon State's new immigration law.

Fact: It's more dangerous in Chicago, certain parts of Chicago than it is in Arizona. What's to be afraid of in Arizona, Sheriff Arpaio?

We're going to boycott Arizona because Arizona wants to enforce a law to keep illegals out of the state because of crime and all kinds of tumult and chaos that's going on there.

Assistant superintendent Suzan Hebson said she thought the concern was probably that one of the players could get stopped and questioned. When asked if there are undocumented players on the team, or if anyone associated with the team is in the country illegally, Hebson said she did not know. Parents and players interviewed said they knew of no one who fits that description of an illegal immigrant on the team. What is that description? What's the description of an illegal alien?

So, the Arizona law is keeping illegal aliens out of Arizona. If they're worried that one of the team members is an illegal alien, the Arizona law is working!

Fact: Unless your team happens to get caught for speeding or robbing a 7-Eleven, nobody is going to have any way to find out whether one of your players is an illegal alien because they can't profile you just based on the way your team members look.

By the way, the law has not even been implemented yet. The law doesn't get implemented until next month. Nothing is going on in Arizona except the people who live there being terrorized by illegals.

Maybe the school it take the kids to Tijuana. They play basketball in Tijuana. They also have bullfights in Tijuana. That would be a wonderful cultural exchange. They could see what decapitation looks like with human heads posted on light poles.

U.S. Senator John Kerry ratcheted up the fight to pass legislation to combat the fraudulent and nonexistent global warming.

Like Obama's offshore drilling program, for every 'incentive' there is a restriction. The bill creates some 60 new agencies and projects to eat up our tax dollars and buy support.

There is "$7 billion annually to improve our transportation infrastructure and efficiency" to be paid for by a gas tax that is not called a tax but a "linked fee". (New code word for tax)

It's not about energy. It's not about "green". It's the same as health care: It's not about health care; it's about expanding government. It's about raising taxes. And it is about controlling freedom and limiting it.

Page 600 of the energy tax bill: "Second phase, international assistance. Not later than November 2011 or the date that is one year after the date of enactment of this act, whichever is later, the administrator shall complete a report that identifies opportunities including action under existing authority to achieve significant reductions in emissions of black carbon and other light-absorbing aerosols in foreign countries through the provision of technical and other assistance, including identifying countries and regions that may be able to implement or expand programs for deploying cleaner and more efficient cook stoves and cook stove fuels, particularly in Africa and the developing regions of Asia."

So, with this legislation, we are going to replace the cooking stoves around the world, particularly in Africa.

The word "secretary," meaning the US Secretary of Energy, appears 488 times. Usually the context is, "The secretary shall decide" or "The secretary shall require."

"When I was asked earlier about, uh, the issue of coal. Uhhh, y'know, under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. We would put a cap-and-trade system in place, eh, that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else's out there. So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can. The federal government spends about the same amount of money funding environmental lawyers as it does to protect endangered species according to an investigation conducted by a Wyoming lawyer who defends farmers and ranchers involved in environmental lawsuits.

Outside England 's Bristol Zoo there is a parking lot for 150 cars and 8 buses. For 25 years, its parking fees were managed by a very pleasant attendant. The fees were £1 for cars ($1.40), £5 for busses (about $7).

Then, one day, after 25 solid years of never missing a day of work, he just didn't show up; so the Zoo Management called the City Council and asked it to send them another parking agent.

The Council did some research and replied that the parking lot was the Zoo's own responsibility. The Zoo advised the Council that the attendant was a City employee. The City Council responded that the lot attendant had never been on the City payroll.

Meanwhile, sitting in his villa somewhere on the coast of Spain (or some such scenario), is a man who'd apparently had a ticket machine installed completely on his own; and then had simply begun to show up every day, commencing to collect and keep the parking fees, estimated at about $560 per day -- for 25 years. Assuming 7 days a week, this amounts to just over $7 million dollars!

Violence in Mexico escalates and starting to spill into the US. It's only a matter of time when we're facing the same horrors from the drug cartels.

You call it a mosque, the Census Bureau calls them landlord. In yet another boost to the Muslim cause, the United States Government is leasing space for the Commerce Department from the Dar Al-Hijrah mosque to the tune of $23,000 a month. Federal law enforcement officials call the group a "front for Hamas terrorists which has been under investigation for financing and providing aid and comfort to the bad orgs and members." Yet the Obama administration is content to pump a hefty amount of cash each month into their coffers.

Fifteen Muslims screaming "Allahu Akbar" rushed the podium at the university lecture in Sweden, headbutted Vilks, broke his glasses and tackled him to the floor.

According to News 12 Long Island, exotic dancers will be holding a rally outside the Supreme Court building in Mineola, NY tomorrow to support legislation for a so-called "stripper pole tax." The tax would charge customers $10 for entering all strip clubs in New York. The owners say they will be sending the proceeds to Albany to help with the school budget crisis.

Being stopped by the police and asked for identification exposes one to far less indignity than the average air traveler undergoes as a matter of routine. Arizona police aren't going to make every Latino take off his shoes, empty his pockets and walk through a metal detector. They won't be examining the contents of his vehicle or bags. They won't be making him pass through an x-ray machine and cracking wise at his endowment or lack thereof.

Nope, they're just going to ask to see his identification, an indignity universally and frequently shared in America.

Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, Arizona decried in a recent radio interview the "emotional" reaction to the immigration situation in his state and encouraged Americans to visit the area and see the challenges his department faces every day. "Just in one patrol region" last month alone, he said, "not one" of the sixty-four drivers who sped away from officers - some of them causing deadly chases - was a U.S. citizen.

S 510, the food Safety Modernization Act of 2010, may be the most dangerous bill in the history of the US. It is to our food what the bailout was to our economy, only we can live without money.

"If accepted [S 510] would preclude the public's right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. It will become the most offensive authority against the cultivation, trade and consumption of food and agricultural products of one's choice. It will be unconstitutional and contrary to natural law or, if you like, the will of God." - Dr. Shiv Chopra, Canada Health whistleblower

It is similar to what India faced with imposition of the salt tax during British rule, only S 510 extends control over all food in the US, violating the fundamental human right to food.

Better return those tomato plants to the Home Depot because you are no longer permitted to grow food.

Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin & Robbins ice cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.

It must be difficult to keep track of all those extra social security numbers you applied for while you were a foreign student.

Obama told Hampton University's graduating class on Sunday that he does not "know how to work" an iPod. Last July, however, after pop-star Michael Jackson's death, Obama told the Associated Press that he had Jackson's music on his iPod.

Which group did Obama lie to? And, if Obama lies about an iPod, why would anyone trust him on anything of importance?

News is usually focused on conflict and extraordinary events. If this is not extraordinary, what qualifies? Is it a prerequisite that extraordinary events require blame or violence to be worthy of a story?

Maybe that's why President Barack Obama hasn't bothered to come down here. Or the vice president. No, we got a visit from Janet Napolitano over the weekend, five days after the disaster began. The head of Homeland Security. Shouldn't she be focused on Times Square and the border issues in Arizona?

The New Jersey Democrat told me this morning on 'GMA' that he is in favor of halting any new off-shore drilling projects.

"Before we commit any more deep drilling permits we gotta make sure we have the worst case scenario possibilities to make sure there's a response to it. And we gotta rethink about off shore drilling off those coasts that are already not subject to drilling."

How convenient for the environmentalist wackos. They haven't had an oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico in over a hundred years. And now they conveniently have one in an election year when they're trying to get cap and trade.

Seemingly forgetting all about his history of calling the border fence the "Goddamned Fence" fence and despite working with the liberal lion Ted Kennedy to grant amnesty to millions of illegals, McCain has the audacity to produce THIS ad and expects the sheeple to buy it. Pandering is one thing but shameless careerist pandering is something else, and then there's John "Goddamned Fence" McCain marching along the border in a badass Navy baseball cap. How long before he's spotted on the campaign trail wearing a "Viva Los McCain? t-shirt?

Consider this a preview of the 2014 "Re-elect Lindsey Graham" ad campaign, featuring Grahamnesty piloting a Border Patrol chopper and lending a hand on an oil rig looking goofy in a helmet like Dukakis in his presidential tank.

The package did not resolve the basic dysfunction at the heart of Europe's monetary union: Governments can still spend recklessly and saddle their partners with the bill.

The United States is well on its way to facing the same type of debt crisis that has crippled Greece.

"If we continue to spend much more than we take in…we'll double our debt in five years and triple it in 10 years and essentially be where Greece is in about seven years." - Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.)

Tracy Hathaway, of Salinas, CA, told FOX News Radio her 13-year-old daughter was ordered to stop drawing the American flag and start another project at Gavilan View Middle School.

"She had drawn the flag and was sketching the letters, 'God bless America,' when the teacher confronted her," Hathaway told FOX. "She said, 'You can't draw that - that's offensive.'"

Even more striking, another student in the same art class drew a picture of President Obama and was praised by the teacher.

The parents complained to the school superintendent and the teacher was ordered to apologize to the student. No apology forthcoming as of yet.

Fact: Apparently, in the mind of Lord Obama, a DUMB populous is a happy populous.

Quote: "With iPods and iPads; Xboxes and PlayStations; information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment. All of this is not only putting new pressures on you; it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy." - Barack Obama

Fact: Throughout history despots have seen the need to control sources of information. When a revolution begins the crowds don't head for the local brewery first, they head for the newspapers and the TV and radio stations. Control the flow of information first; the rest will fall into place. So here we have Obama telling us how information can be a distraction, a diversion. All of this information puts pressures on you, and puts pressures on our country and our democracy.

What Obama is really saying is that all of this available information puts pressure on politicians and stands in the way of their quest for even more power.

At the Rally for the Republic today, Jesse Ventura gave a speech in which he says he may run for president in 2012.

Senior Citizens Inc. officials said the meals they are contracted by the city to provide to Ed Young visitors are mostly covered with federal money, which ushers in the burden of separating church and state.

Fact: There is no "burden of separating church and state". The Constitution states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Senior citizens choosing to pray before meals has nothing to do with Congress passing a law that establishes a religion.

Note: While police were present, no charges were filed against the Mexican perpetrators in this deliberate destruction of private property.

The speaker is a man by the name of Ron Gochez. He is a history teacher at a government high school in California. This man is making a living from U.S. taxpayers.

"We are revolutionary Mexican organization here. We understand that this is not just about Mexico. It's about a global struggle against imperialism and capitalism. At the forefront of this revolutionary movement is La Raza. We will no longer fall for these lies called borders. We see America as a northern front of a revolutionary movement. Our enemy is capitalism and imperialism." - La Raza rally at UCLA

This government school teacher went on to say that there are more than 40 million of "our people" north of the Rio Grande - "that means more than 40 million potential revolutionaries North of the border, inside the belly of the beast."

Many of these illegal invaders consider California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and parts of Colorado to be "occupied territory." This issue is much more involved than just coming into this country looking for work.

And now we have government school teachers, being paid by the taxpayers, preaching revolution. Just what the Mexicans in this country need, the Southwestern United States becoming North Mexico.

During the Bush years liberals would go absolutely ballistic at the mention of Halliburton. Screaming and yelling always ensued about "no-bid" contracts awarded to Halliburton by the Bush Administration. The fact of the matter is, these contracts were awarded through a procedure set up during the Clinton Administration, but to no avail, Bush was President, Halliburton was getting no-bid contracts, and that's all these people need to know to determine that something evil was afoot.

It seems that the Obama Administration has awarded a $500 million contract to Halliburton, and there were no bids. I'm waiting for the same hysterical screamers to condemn Obama for the very same action.

Rancher Rob Krentz was murdered by the drug cartel on his ranch a month ago. I participated in a senate hearing two weeks ago on the border violence, here is just some of the highlights from those who testified.

The people who live within 60 to 80 miles of the Arizona/Mexico Border have for years been terrorized and have pleaded for help to stop the daily invasion of humans who cross their property . One Rancher testified that 300 to 1200 people a DAY come across his ranch vandalizing his property, stealing his vehicles and property, cutting down his fences, and leaving trash. In the last two years he has found 17 dead bodies and two Koran bibles.

Another rancher testified that daily drugs are brought across his ranch in a military operation. A point man with a machine gun goes in front, 1/2 mile behind are the guards fully armed, 1/2 mile behind them are the drugs, behind the drugs 1/2 mile are more guards. These people are violent and they will kill anyone who gets in the way. This was not the only rancher we heard that day that talked about the drug trains.

One man told of two illegal's who came upon his property one shot in the back and the other in the arm by the drug runners who had forced them to carry the drugs and then shot them. Daily they listen to gun fire during the night it is not safe to leave his family alone on the ranch and they can't leave the ranch for fear of nothing being left when they come back.

The border patrol is not on the border. They have set up 60 miles away with check points that do nothing to stop the invasion. They are not allowed to use force in stopping anyone who is entering. They run around chasing them, if they get their hands on them then they can take them back across the border.

Federal prisons have over 35% illegal's and 20% of Arizona prisons are filled with illegal's. In the last few years 80% of our law enforcement that have been killed or wounded have been by an illegal.

The majority of people coming now are people we need to be worried about. The ranchers told us that they have seen a change in the people coming they are not just those who are looking for work and a better life.

The Federal Government has refused for years to do anything to help the border states. We have been over run and once they are here we have the burden of funding state services that they use. Education cost have been over a billion dollars. The healthcare cost billions of dollars. Our State is broke, $3.5 billion deficit and we have many serious decisions to make. One is that we do not have the money to care for any who are not here legally. It has to stop. The border can be secured. We have the technology we have the ability to stop this invasion. We must know who is coming and they must come in an organized manner legally so that we can assimilate them into our population and protect the sovereignty of our country. We are a nation of laws. We have a responsibility to protect our citizens and to protect the integrity of our country and the government which we live under.

I would give amnesty today to many, but here is the problem, we dare not do this until the Border is secure. It will do no good to forgive them because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders. I ask you what form of government will we live under? How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico, Canada or any of the other Central American or South American countries? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish also. We have already lost our history it is no longer taught in our schools. And we have lost our borders.

The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding. The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegal's from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving state services and give the ability to local law enforcement when there is probable cause like a traffic stop to determine if they are here legally. Federal law is very clear if you are here on a visa you must have your papers on you at all times. That is the law. In Arizona all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a driver license, MVD identification card, Native American Card, or a Military ID. This is what you need to vote, get a hunting license, etc.. So nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street etc… The Socialist who are in power in DC are angry because we dare try and do something and that something the Socialist wants us to do is just let them come. They want the "Transformation" to continue.

Maybe it is too late to save America. Maybe we are not worthy of freedom anymore. But as an elected official I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic. Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border. We need the words to be said because it isn't being picked up automatically," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said at the Catholic Community Conference.

Pelosi is telling the Church to violate the IRS rule, which says a religion or church can lose their tax exempt status if they use the pulpit to preach political views.

What is wrong with the provision in the new Arizona immigration enforcement law relating to asking people to verify they were legally in this country?

"For any lawful contact made by a law enforcement official or agency of this state...where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person."

And cut the PC crap. They're not the "undocumented community." They're the invaders; the illegal community. They're criminals. They broke the law coming into this country. They break the law staying in this country. They break the law working in this country. Get it? They're criminals!

Whenever you hear a Democrat, an illegal alien, an advocacy group for illegal aliens, or any member of the ObamaMedia use the words "comprehensive immigration reform," they're just using a bit more air and some extra words to say "amnesty for illegals." Amnesty for criminals!

And what is this nonsense about profiling. It's nothing less than a tactic used to make the job of law enforcement much more difficult than it needs to be. The true goal of those who scream "profiling" is to make it virtually impossible to enforce immigration laws. Virtually all of the illegals in Arizona are Hispanic, most Mexican, and to find the illegals you really do, of necessity, have to look for reasonable suspects, Latinos. But if you look for Latinos you're accused of profiling. How asinine is this? Mexicans are invading Arizona, but you when you go out looking for the invaders, for the law breakers, you can't go out looking for Mexicans. Doesn't that sound ridiculous?

Fact: From the political viewpoint, however, it's all about votes and power for political hacks.

Residents of an East Oakland neighborhood are upset after Oakland police killed a wayward deer over the weekend.

Police evacuated the area and, under orders to "dispatch the deer," shot it seven times before it died. Animal control officers were also on the scene.

Officials said the deer was gunned down because "it was acting disoriented in an urban environment."

Residents believed the killing was unnecessary. "They didn't have to do that," said McLemore. "They could have figured something else out, right?"

According to Susan Heckly of the Lindsay Wildlife Center, they could have tranquilized the deer or set it free.

Among the many reverberations of President Obama's election, here is one he probably never anticipated: at least 32 African-Americans are running for Congress this year as Republicans, the biggest surge since Reconstruction, according to party officials.

Congress didn't learn their lesson after the $700 billion failed bank bailout and let world leaders shake down U.S taxpayers for international bailout money at the G-20 conference in April 2009. G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors asked the United States, the IMF's largest contributor, for a whopping $108 billion to rescue bankers around the world and the Obama Administration quickly obliged.

Rather than pass it as stand-alone legislation, President Obama asked Congress to fold the $108 billion into a war-spending bill to send money to our troops.

Only one year later, the IMF is sending nearly $40 billion to bailout Greece, the biggest bailout the IMF has ever enacted.

Right now, 17 percent of the IMF funding pool that the $40 billion bailout is being drawn from comes from U.S. taxpayers.

In 2000 and 2001, while Barack Obama served as a board member for a Chicago-based charitable foundation, he helped to fund a pioneering carbon trading exchange that is likely to fill a critical role in the controversial cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme that President Obama is now trying to push rapidly through Congress.

During those two years, the Joyce Foundation gave nearly $1.1 million in two separate grants that were instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange, which now calls itself "North America's only cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide."

The former Constitutional senior lecturer cited the U.S. Constitution recently during his State of the Union Address. Unfortunately, the quote he cited was from the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.

In the State of the Union Address, President Obama said: "We find unity in our incredible diversity, drawing on the promise enshrined in ourConstitution: the notion that we are all created equal."

By the way, the promises are not a notion, our founders named them unalienable rights. The document is our Declaration of Independence and it reads: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

And this is the same guy who lectured the Supreme Court moments later in the same speech?

On any other day at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, Daniel Galli and his four friends would not even be noticed for wearing T-shirts with the American flag. But Cinco de Mayo is not any typical day especially on a campus with a large Mexican American student population.

Galli says he and his friends were sitting at a table during brunch break when the vice principal asked two of the boys to remove American flag bandannas that they wearing on their heads and for the others to turn their American flag T-shirts inside out. When they refused, the boys were ordered to go to the principal's office.

Student Matthew Dariano: "Our Hispanic vice principal was taking their side in thinking that we were being racist towards them. So he was discriminating against us."

Student Austin Carvalho: "We weren't trying to start trouble. We're in America. We can't wear our own colors?"

The boys refuse to take off the shirts, they were not suspended but they were sent home. The irony. Dominic Maciel's mother is white and his father is Mexican.

Student Dominic Maciel: "I think it was disrespectful to my country if I flip this inside out."

"I think it's absolutely ridiculous," Julie Fagerstrom, Maciel's mom, said. "All they were doing was displaying their patriotic nature. They're expressing their individuality."

They were sent home because the authorities thought they were trying to start trouble. Start trouble with American flags? By the way, Cinco de Mayo is not even an official Mexican holiday.

The American flag and American colors, red, white, and blue are now judged in certain parts of the country as trouble, or hate speech.

A man was arrested for burning a Mexican flag in Arizona? Nobody gets arrested for burning the American flag. In fact, they are celebrated. They are elevated to hero status in some circles. And they have the ACLU and others coming after them to defend them. This guy burns a Mexican flag in the United Stated and is arrested.

What is happening to our country? Has everyone gone loco? (No extra charge for the Spanish flavor lingo.)

The New World Order program for the 21st century is called the "Agenda 21". It is described as the most radical transformation the world has seen. It is sustainable (Communist), inclusive, consensus-based (anti-democratic), will redistribute wealth globally (CO2 taxes, since it connects environment and economy), partnership, banishes large areas from human activity, lumps us together in small areas along motorways and railways in skyscrapers in order to monitor people, kidnaps a generation of children to indoctrinate them into the sustainability religion (environmental Communism). Every country is to be disarmed and there will be a standing UN army to crush rebellions, a global central bank and a one world currency. Democracy and freedom already belong to the past. The illuminist, CFR member George Soros, now demands UN world government after Communist Chinese model.

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment take place.

The agenda 21 is clearly aiming at enslaving mankind, concentrating them on small areas and taking away the reward of the diligent and wise to give it to the bankers - and a little bit to the unwise and lazy. They will rule by "consensus" and disarm all countries and leave it to a world army to rule the world along communist principles.

It took Faisal Shahzad trying to set a car bomb in Times Square to get President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano to finally use the word "terrorism." (And not to refer to Tea Party activists!)

In a bit of macho posturing this week, Obama declared that -- contrary to the terrorists' wishes -- Americans "will not be terrorized, we will not cower in fear, we will not be intimidated."

First of all, having the Transportation Security Administration wanding infants, taking applesauce away from 93-year-old dementia patients, and forcing all Americans to produce their shoes, computers and containers with up to 3 ounces of liquid in Ziploc bags for special screening pretty much blows that "not intimidated" look Obama wants America to adopt.

The federal government's crack "no-fly" list failed to stop Shahzad from boarding a plane to Dubai.

Contrary to the wild excuses being made for the federal government on all the TV networks Monday night, it's now clear that this was not a wily plan of federal investigators to allow Shahzad to board the plane in order to nab his co-conspirators. It was a flub that nearly allowed Shahzad to escape.

Meanwhile, on that same Monday at JFK airport, approximately 100,000 passengers took off their shoes, coats, belts and sunglasses for airport security.

If our only defense to terrorism is counting on alert civilians, how about not bothering them before they board airplanes, instead of harassing them with useless airport "security" procedures?

Both of the attempted bombers who sailed through airport security, I note, were young males of the Islamic faith. I wonder if we could develop a security plan based on that information?

The Democrats' health care takeover didn't stop with ObamaCare and there are some hurtful provisions in the new financial regulation bill Americans should know about if they have any expensive dental procedures coming up.

The banking regulation bill was supposed to crack down on Wall Street, but it's just another power grab that's going to hurt Main Street doctors, dentists and small-town businesses. And, certainly the families who struggle to find ways to pay for their doctor bills.

Whenever in your life you encounter a person or an entity that is legally empowered to use force to accomplish virtually any goal it sets for itself, be afraid, and resolve to defend yourself when necessary.

1) May and September are very slow months for our business. Anyone who has worked Sundays recently has seen the drop off in traffic. Now that we're entering May, that drop off will continue on to other days as well, and it will get worse.

2) The recent increase in the minimum wage to $7.25/hour. Since we've opened, I've had a lot of people ask why they can't get more hours, and it's a great question.

I would LOVE to give everyone all the hours they want, and then some. Our customers would be happier across the board, we could accomplish much more every day, our business would grow, I could hire even more people, and on and on. However, we operate on a tight budget just like any other business, and in order to survive, we have to make money. That means our labor cost (the total amount you are all paid) must stay below a certain percentage of our total sales. If it doesn't, we go broke and everyone loses their jobs.

Our brilliant Congressmen in Washington, D.C. decided a couple years ago that it would be a good idea to raise the minimum wage by about 40% to $7.25/hour. It just took effect last year. That probably sounds like great news for everyone - more money in everyone's pockets can only be good, right?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way in the real world. If I'm forced to pay everyone 40% more, I can't afford to schedule as many employees for as many hours, since our sales aren't going up by 40%. Remember, I can only afford to pay you guys a certain percentage of all the money coming in the door. That means hours get cut, and everyone ends up poorer.

In a perfect world, it should work the opposite way: you should be free to choose how much you think your skills and time are worth (since you know best), and I should be free to pay you whatever that amount is if I want to hire you. Everyone wins in that case. I get as many good employees as I want that I can afford to pay, and you get valuable job training, references, and relationships to carry into the future.

To prove how bad of a deal minimum wage is for you guys as hard-working job-seekers, just look at this way:

I'm not being forced to pay $7.25/hour; YOU are being forced to accept $7.25/hour no matter what, even if you'd be willing to take less in order to get (or keep) a job.

You can thank our elected officials in Raleigh and Washington for sticking you with such a raw deal.

The ONLY thing that will satisfy the bulk of the people marching over the weekend is unconditional amnesty for crimes committed, and that includes the crime of illegal entry into the United States, and instantaneous legal status in this country. Instant PERMANENT legal status. A reward for participating in illegal activity. Whenever you hear a Democrat, an illegal alien, an advocacy group for illegal aliens, or any member of the ObamaMedia use the words "comprehensive immigration reform," they're just using a bit more air and some extra words to say "amnesty for illegals.

This profiling nonsense is nothing less than a tactic used to make the job of law enforcement much more difficult than it needs to be. The true goal of those who scream "profiling" is to make it virtually impossible to enforce immigration laws. Virtually all of the illegals in Arizona are Hispanic, most Mexican, and to find the illegals you really do, of necessity, have to look for Latinos. And if you look for Latinos you're profiling. How asinine is this? Mexicans are invading Arizona, but when you go looking for the invaders, for the law breakers, you can't go looking for Mexicans. Doesn't that sound ludicrous?

Obama: "And now the question for your generation is this: how will you keep our democracy going? At a moment when our challenges seem so big and our politics seem so small, how will you keep our democracy alive and well in this century?"

Why do political hacks insist on trying to mis-educate yet another generation of Americans with this idea that we are a democracy? It was NEVER the intention of our founding fathers to create a democracy. They despised democracy. They feared democracy. They feared democracy much the same way a man in jail, wrongfully accused would fear a lynch mob.

We do not live in a democracy, and for this you should be eternally grateful. IF you search the founding documents of this country - the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution - you will notice that the word "democracy" appears nowhere in these documents. This is because it was a dirty word. According to historian Joseph Ellis in his book "A History of the American People," "... the term "democrat" originated as an epithet and referred to 'one who panders to the crude and mindless whims of the masses.'" If that doesn't fit the Democrat Party, and quite a few members of the Republican Party, than no phrase possibly could. These people truly don't care about the rule of law and they don't care about any provision in the Constitution that deprives them of power and authority. To these dangerous fools the Constitution is a hindrance - an inconvenient document that gets in the way of politicians who want to grow the federal government and to enhance their own power.

There's a reason democracy is called "the tyranny of the majority," and the sooner Americans figure that out the better the chances of saving our Republic.

Government is finding you in an airport with too much cash in your pocket, seizing that cash and telling you that you're just flat out of luck. Government is forcing you to pay an employee more than that person is worth to your business, and then telling you that you cannot pay a top level executive what he IS worth. Government is (or will be) rationing health care. Government is telling you that you cannot invest your own money in a business venture you find promising. Government is charging you with a federal crime if you pick an eagle feather up you see lying on the ground. Government is telling you that you cannot use property that you own because it might be an ingenious habitat for some esoteric mouse that, by the way, has never been actually seen anywhere near your property. Government is telling you that you cannot advertise a home with a "walk-in closet" because the phrase "walk-in" discriminates against people in wheel chairs. Government is spending over a billion dollars of taxpayer money a year on electric scooters, not for people who are actually handicapped and need them, but for lard asses who are simply tired of hauling their massive selves to the bingo game down at the community hall. Government is allowing teachers' unions to control the education of our children. Government is forcing the top 1% of income earners to pay 40% of all personal income taxes while allowing the bottom 50% of income earners to become net tax consumers. Government is chasing businesses and jobs overseas with confiscatory taxation. Government is creating a financial meltdown by encouraging and then virtually guaranteeing hideously bad mortgages by the tens of millions and then blaming Wall Street when it all turns into s#!t stew. Government is owning General Motors. Government is flying elected officials all over the globe on meaningless junkets while demonizing corporate executives who dare make use of private aircraft. Government is taxing a man his entire working life, and then coming back for half of what he has left when he dies. All of this and Obama tells the grads that "government is the roads we drive on." Only a freshly minted college grad would buy a load of waste material like that.

Of all the sneaky tactics practiced in Washington D.C., this recent action by Congressman Henry Waxman (D-CA) is one of the most insidious: While no one was looking, he injected amendment language into the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009 (H.R. 4173) that would expand the powers of the FTC (not the FDA, but the FTC) to terrorize nutritional supplement companies by greatly expanding the power of the FTC to make its own laws that target dietary supplement companies.

This is a little-known secret about the FTC and the nutritional supplements business: The FTC routinely targets nutritional supplement companies that are merely telling the truth about their products. Some companies are threatened by merely linking to published scientific studies about their products.

If what Arizona did spreads to the entire country, the Democrats are toast. And their media pals know this.

In the grand history of politically manufactured, illogical outrage, this past week takes the trophy.

The outrage, of course, has been over the new law in Arizona, which is a law designed to do what the Imperial Federal Government has been refusing to do: Make at least some attempt to combat illegal immigration. The frenzy that has been launched over this relatively innocuous law has clearly been created and promoted by Democrats, with the help of the ObamaMedia, for no purpose other than to create a groundswell of Latino animosity toward the Republican Party.

First of all, let's get some definitions straight here. They are not "undocumented immigrants." They are illegal aliens. They are criminals. The law signed by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer is not "anti-immigrant," as the media has been eager to report. It is anti-ILLEGAL-immigrant.

Why did the Arizona Legislature find it necessary to pass this law? The reason was simple. Arizona acted because the federal government steadfastly REFUSED to act. Arizona is the prime border crossing for the invasion. More illegals enter this country through our border with Arizona than any other state. U.S. Border Patrol agents are feeling the brunt of the invasion - the violent brunt. The Justice Department released a report March 25 that said assaults against U.S. Border Patrol agents increased by 46 percent from 2006 to 2008. Just a few weeks ago a rancher in southern Arizona was killed in an encounter with illegals crossing his property. Every 35 hours someone in Phoenix is kidnapped. Even with the crime, the murders of ranchers, the assaults on Border Patrol agents, and the kidnappings, the federal government does nothing. Don't you think the federal government should place sealing our borders ahead of forcing Americans to buy health insurance policies?

Well, that's certainly not the case in ObamaWorld. So, if the federal government absolutely refuses to step forward, why in the world is it suddenly so thoroughly evil for the Arizona Legislature to step in?

Here's something about the Arizona immigration law you probably don't know. This law does not empower Arizona law enforcement officials to do anything that federal law enforcement officials cannot already do! The problem, I guess, is that Arizona law enforcement might actually act, where federal law enforcement obviously won't.

Let's try a little hypothetical here. Let's say that Canadians were largely libertarian/conservative. Now, let's say that the Canadian government enacts new policies, regulations and laws that largely stifle individual initiative along with onerous new taxes and restrictions on economic liberty, something along the line of Obama's financial reform proposals. Then we'll imagine that freedom-loving, self-reliant Canadians start swarming south across their border by the millions - 10 million to 15 million to be more precise.

Once they're here they start demanding legal status with a goal of someday being able to vote. Now just what do you think would happen? Oh come on now, you know what would happen. Democrats, liberals and assorted left-wingers would be beside themselves with concern and outrage. In no time flat they will have erected a double fence of electrified razor wire along the entire U.S.-Canadian border with 100,000 hungry pit bulls patrolling between the fences along the entire length. When the Canadians befriended the pit bulls we would start to see gun towers.

The ruckus over the Arizona law: A genuine cause, or political gamesmanship? Look at who's spinning around on their eyebrows, and I think you'll have the answer.

Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed a follow-on bill approved by Arizona legislators that make revisions to the state's sweeping law against illegal immigration - changes she says should quell concerns that the measure will lead to racial profiling.

You would never have any idea how much the VAT tax adds to your cost of living!

It gets even worse for us and even better for them-politicians and lobbyists get to sell off special breaks to the rich and powerful in backroom deals you'll never see. This is a brand new feeding trough where Washington lobbyists and special interests can gorge themselves far beyond public scrutiny. In Europe the Value-Added Tax started very low. Then, like all taxes, it was increased "just a little." Then a little more… and now the European VAT adds 18% on average to the cost of everything!

Would the VAT replace some other tax? Of course not! The VAT would hit us after all the taxes and other payroll deductions have already been taken from us. The proposed new European-style Value-Added Tax on all Americans would be in addition to all those taxes we already pay!

Some may have already confused a VAT tax with the FairTax. Both are consumption taxes but that is all they have in common. "It is simply a terrible idea. Unlike the FairTax, a Value Added Tax won't replace the income tax system. The VAT tax is hidden within retail prices rather than transparent and can be raised in small increments far beyond the scrutiny of the American taxpayer," said Ken Hoagland, chairman of the FairTax national campaign. "Passing a VAT here in the US is the quickest way to kill the FairTax."

Polling last year found almost half of Americans in favor of a national consumption tax to replace the income tax. In the same polling, eight out of ten were opposed to a new consumption tax imposed on top of the income tax system. Nevertheless, former Federal Reserve Chairman, Paul Volker, was quoted recently saying that a VAT should be considered. "This was widely seen as a trial balloon floated days before a national commission began meeting to discuss ways to reduce to the national debt and annual deficits," said Hoagland.

Convinced that Happy Meals and other food promotions aimed at children could make kids fat as well as happy, county officials in Silicon Valley are poised to outlaw the little toys that often come with high-calorie offerings.

Ken Yeager, the Santa Clara County supervisor who is behind the effort, says the toys in kids' meals are contributing to America's obesity epidemic by encouraging children to eat unhealthful, fattening foods.

Rebecca Wolpinsky, 32, a mother of two, says she can't stand the toys that are included with fast-food meals for children. "The toys are crap, honestly," she said. "We end up recycling them or they end up getting left in the car."

Solution: Parents are not forced to buy these meals. It is the parents' responsibility to make decisions for their children, not the government. Yet another example of people who want to have kids and not take responsibility to parent them Somehow these lazy people think it is the government's responsibility through regulation to do that for them. The saga of a homeless mother and her 12 children continued today, as child welfare workers say they hope to have the family moved into a six-bedroom Sulphur Springs home by the end of the week.

She said that the county and state were not doing enough to help her and her children. Her statements caused a stir of criticism, mostly from people who said she was the cause of her own problems.

In hopes of luring the endangered steelhead trout into the Santa Monica Mountains, California's transportation agency is planning to spend $935,000 to pave over part of a popular beach with cement and boulders to build a freeway of sorts for fish.

The problem, even some conservationists say, is that there is little evidence construction efforts since the 1980s have done anything except absorb taxpayer dollars. The work to save the species has led to about a dozen concrete fishways at a cost of more than $16.7 million.

Thousands of New Jersey high school students walked out of class Tuesday to protest budget cuts, a statewide event organized through text messages and social networking websites.

At Williamstown High School in Gloucester County, their protest plans backfired as officers arrived and according to the students, they were told to leave school. The students told Eyewitness News officers told them that they were not allowed to reenter the school.

Department of Education Commissioner Bret Schundler said he hoped schools would enforce their attendance policies and did not permit students to walk out.

These kids learned an important lesson: They have the right to protest, which was unabridged. However, actions have consequences.

Can I live in Europe and enjoy their services because my great-great-grandparents were there before there were any immigration laws? We have illegal aliens here against the law who we can't ask for "papers" (ID) like every other citizen has to provide an ID. The Jews, however, have to stop building in Jerusalem when they were there thousands of years before there was a Muslim religion or a Christian religion. So by Obama's own logic, he trips himself up. According to Obama's illogic, anybody whose great-grandparents were in Arizona before it was a state has a right to walk on in there, and yet the Jews were there before any other religion thousands of years ago in Jerusalem, and Obama wants to deny them the right to do that.

What is more Nazi-like: Demanding that you prove that you are a legal citizen if you are in a situation where you may have committed a crime, or is it more Nazi-like to commandeer and take over one-sixth of the US private sector and run health care.

If you're in California, if you're in New York or Florida, if you're driving around anywhere in this country and you are pulled over and you can't produce documentation, if you don't have a driver's license, what happens to you? You get a ticket. You get cited. A US citizen cannot leave the US and enter another country without a US passport or you're asked by the other country what your business is in their country. Yet these illegals walk in the US by the thousands, they trespass on our goodwill and our laws without penalty. They receive the financial benefits and profit from American bounty, paid for by our tax-paying, law-abiding citizens.

When a president, by his actions and words, makes clear that he is not going to uphold the laws of the nation and protect the citizens of a state, it is the duty of that state to step up and protect its citizens when the president of the country refuses to do so. And that's all that is happening here.

Imagine a group of angry demonstrators toting swastika-festooned protest signs calling politicians Nazis, shouting obscenities and racial remarks and throwing rocks and bottles at police officers sent to keep order. No, these are not Tea Partiers. They are the mob that turned out last week to protest Arizona's new immigration-enforcement law. This group of liberal rowdies has been dubbed the Tequila Party.

The assumption that Tea Partiers are hate-filled bullies explains why major media outlets rushed out reports that demonstrators in Washington opposing the government health care takeover subjected black members of Congress to racial slurs and spat on them. The accusations were never proved, and substantial video evidence and eyewitness accounts suggest the events never happened. There was no press coverage, however, when supporters of illegal immigration used physical intimidation tactics and made threats of violence against demonstrators on the National Mall the same day.

For those who thought they could take President Obama at his word on taxes, you might have made a mistake. He does not seem too wedded to the idea of keeping campaign promises not to raise "any form of tax" for those making less than $250,000 a year,

When reporters ask him about the promise, he says they're just playing some "old Washington game."

Obama's tricky, midterm election strategy relies on luring back the first-time voters who supported him in 2008 plus re-engaging women, blacks, young voters and Hispanics.

"It will be up to each of you to make sure that the young people, African-Americans, Latinos and women, who powered our victory in 2008, stand together once again," Obama said.

President Barack Obama's health care overhaul was supposed to take care of a major worry for parents of 20-year-olds making the transition to work: keeping the kids insured.

But what sounds like a simple solution - starting this year, letting young adults stay on their parents' health plan until they turn 26 - involves a surprising amount of fine print.

As a consequence, some families may have to wait until 2011 to get their kids covered, particularly if the parents are working for a large employer.

Some employers weighing whether to immediately extend coverage for young adults are wondering whether they'll have to withhold additional federal taxes from parents to cover the value of the benefit.

It's not free? You mean parents are going to have to pay more for this? I thought it was supposed to be a "right". Who knew? We had to pass this monstrosity to find out. I thought this was all going to be free! Obama was going to pay for it out of his "stash". I thought the kids staying on the parents' health insurance plan was free. Who knew? We had to pass the bill to find out that it's going to cost us more money.

Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and force. If you want me to do something for you, you have a choice of either convincing me via argument, or force me to do your bidding under threat of force. Every human interaction falls into one of those two categories, without exception. Reason or force, that's it.

In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact through persuasion. Force has no place as a valid method of social interaction, and the only thing that removes force from the menu is the personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.

When I carry a gun, you cannot deal with me by force. You have to use reason and try to persuade me, because I have a way to negate your threat or employment of force.

The gun is the only personal weapon that puts a 100-pound woman on equal footing with a 220-pound mugger, a 75-year old retiree on equal footing with a 19-year old gang banger, and a single guy on equal footing with a carload of drunk guys with baseball bats. The gun removes the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential attacker and a defender.

There are plenty of people who consider the gun as the source of bad force equations. These are the people who think that we'd be more civilized if all guns were removed from society, because a firearm makes it easier for a [armed] mugger to do his job. That, of course, is only true if the mugger's potential victims are mostly disarmed either by choice or by legislative fiat--it has no validity when most of a mugger's potential marks are armed.

People who argue for the banning of arms ask for automatic rule by the young, the strong, and the many, and that's the exact opposite of a civilized society. A mugger, even an armed one, can only make a successful living in a society where the state has granted him a force monopoly.

Then there's the argument that the gun makes confrontations lethal that otherwise would only result in injury. This argument is fallacious in several ways. Without guns involved, confrontations are won by the physically superior party inflicting overwhelming injury on the loser. People who think that fists, bats, sticks, or stones don't constitute lethal force watch too much TV, where people take beatings and come out of it with a bloody lip at worst. The fact that the gun makes lethal force easier works solely in favor of the weaker defender, not the stronger attacker. If both are armed, the field is level.

The gun is the only weapon that's as lethal in the hands of an octogenarian as it is in the hands of a weight lifter. It simply wouldn't work as well as a force equalizer if it wasn't both lethal and easily employable.

When I carry a gun, I don't do so because I am looking for a fight, but because I'm looking to be left alone. The gun at my side means that I cannot be forced, only persuaded. I don't carry it because I'm afraid, but because it enables me to be unafraid. It doesn't limit the actions of those who would interact with me through reason, only the actions of those who would do so by force. It removes force from the equation... and that's why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

Job hunters turned out in the hundreds to fill recently-vacant positions at Pro's Ranch Market stores, where a federal audit led to the firing of some 300 illegal workers.

About 300 of the 1,500 total employees at the six Phoenix supermarkets were let go this week after an Immigration and Customs Enforcement audit found them to be working illegally.

Arizona is turning around its economy here, trying to get jobs Americans were accused of not wanting. Three hundred illegals are let go because they're working illegally and the jobs are filled immediately by Americans who will do that kind of work.

Are you already laughing? What is so hard to understand that the problem with illegal immigration is that it is ILLEGAL? Do these news hacks not know that "illegal" means "against the law"? Are the people at MSNBC so dumb as to believe the Arizona law determines for the first time that these people are breaking the law? This makes it obvious that it's not a question of what they see; it's a question of just how stupid they really are. They are so caught up in their spinning of their heart-filled compassion-oriented leftist agenda that they do not know that somebody in the country illegally is already committing a crime because of federal law. Sometimes we go to the great intellectual exercises to explain the differences in philosophies, and we just overlook the fact they're stupid. It's not ignorance in this case. It is genuine, complete, moronic stupidity.

Are there any coincidences in life? When we are on the verge at least on paper, or prompter in his case, of the Obama regime saying we want to have renewed offshore drilling even though the areas in which they want to drill don't have any oil. All of a sudden a rig blows up in the Gulf of Mexico and of course we have the oil slick now being whipped toward the Gulf shore in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama by winds. And it will hit there at some point. And then, of course, the panic will ensue. We'll see the pictures of the pelicans and the birds trying to fly away but they can't because they're slicked up with oil. We'll see little kids out there being given days off from school with bottles of Dawn dishwasher detergent to get out there and take the oil and the mess off of the birds. How convenient for the environmentalist wackos. They haven't had an oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico in over a hundred years. And now they conveniently have one in an election year when they're trying to get cap and trade.

Here's a quote from our God-like president as he pushed for his so-called financial reform bill on Wall Street last Friday:

"A free market was never meant to be a free license to take whatever you can get, however you can get it."

This is Obama's understanding of the free market. Perhaps that's why he's referred to the free market as "the enemy." This is the type of statement that would be made by someone whose agenda is to denigrate the free market, not reform it.

In the free market people don't take; they exchange. This is the essence of the free market. One person goes into the marketplace with a product or service. Another person walks through the door with cold, hard cash. Then the negotiations ensue. Finally one party decides that he wants the other party's money more than he does the product or service he has; and the other party decides that he will part with his money as part of the exchange, the freely-entered-into exchange. There is no talk of "taking." Only of trading.

Unfortunately, we have a president of the United States who is, at his core, anti-capitalist. In his mind all free market transactions should have three parties: The seller, the purchaser and the government. Now my libertarian position is that the government's only role should be to enforce the contract agreed upon between the purchaser and seller, that's it. The reality is that government will step into the picture on issues of product safety and the legality of the product or service being sold. The bottom line here is that our "sort of a God" president doesn't seem to understand the basic essence of a free market economy, and this spells danger for our economy.

"We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act," Brewer said after signing the law. "But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation."

The law would acknowledge - as if it were needed - the fact that it is a crime in Arizona to be in the country illegally. Imagine that! Remember that our director of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, recently said that entering this country illegally is NOT a crime. Interesting thought process that our director of Homeland Security endorses an illegal activity by declaring it is NOT a crime.

The new Arizona law makes it illegal for employers to hire illegal immigrants or to knowingly transport illegal immigrants. It would also require that police officers question people about their immigration status if there is reason to believe they are in the country illegally. The final element of the bill would allow for lawsuits against government agencies that prevent the enforcement of immigration laws. Any immigrant who cannot prove that they are in the country legally will be arrested, fined $2,500 and thrown in jail for up to six months.

Barack Obama says that the law is "misguided" and wants the Justice Department to determine whether the law is legal. He also called the law "irresponsible." He says the law "threatens to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe."

How about fairness to lawful taxpaying citizens? In Obama's view it is irresponsible to cite crossing the border into this country illegally as a crime. Interesting thought process on the part of the Usurper in Chief. But then, we have a president who needs minority votes to keep his power.

A 13-year-old from Phoenix Emilio Almodovar says, "We can't walk to school any more. We can't be in the streets anymore without the pigs thinking we're illegal immigrants." Well isn't that wonderful. An Hispanic kid calling the cops "pigs." Someone check his mama's official status. If she is here legally, they have nothing to worry about.

Once upon a time I was invited to the White House for a private dinner with the President.

I am a respected businessman, with a factory that produces memory chips for computers and portable electronics.

There was some talk that my industry was being scrutinized by the administration, but I paid it no mind. I live in a FREE country. There's nothing that the government can do to me if I've broken no laws. My wealth was EARNED honestly, and an invitation to dinner with an American President is an honor.

I checked my coat, was greeted by the Chief of Staff, and joined the President in a yellow dining room.

We sat across from each other at a table draped in white linen. The Great Seal was embossed on the china. Uniformed staff served our dinner.

The meal was served, and I was startled when my waiter suddenly reached out, plucked a dinner roll off my plate and began nibbling it as he walked back to the kitchen..

"I don't appreciate..." I began, but as I looked into the calm brown eyes across from me, I felt immediately guilty and petty. It was just a dinner roll. "Of course," I concluded, and reached for my glass.

Before I could, however, another waiter reached forward, took the glass away and swallowed the wine in a single gulp. "And his brother, Eric, is very thirsty," said the President.

I didn't say anything. The President is testing my compassion, I thought. I withheld my comments and decided to play along. I don't want to seem unkind..

With a lurch, I crashed to the floor. My chair had been pulled out from under me.

I stood, brushing myself off angrily, and watched as it was carried from the room.

I excused myself, smiling outwardly, but inside feeling like a fool. Obviously I had been invited to the White House to be sport for some game. I reached for my coat, to find that it had been taken.

I wanted to shout, "that was my coat!" But again, I looked at the placid smiling face of my host and decided I was being a poor sport. I spread my hands helplessly and chuckled.

Then I felt my hip pocket and realized my wallet was gone. I excused myself and walked to a phone on an elegant side table.

I learned shortly that my credit cards had been maxed out, my bank accounts emptied, my retirement and equity portfolios had vanished, and my wife had been thrown out of our home.

Apparently, the waiters and their families were moving in. The President hadn't moved or spoken as I learned all this, but finally I lowered the phone into its cradle and turned to face him.

"Andrew's whole family has made bad financial decisions. They haven't planned for retirement and they need a house. They recently defaulted on a subprime mortgage. I told them they could have your home. They need it more than you do."

My hands were shaking. I felt faint I stumbled back to the table and knelt on the floor.

The President cheerfully cut his meat, ate his steak, and drank his wine. I lowered my eyes and stared at the small grey circles on the tablecloth that were water drops.

"By the way," he added, "I have just signed an Executive Order nationalizing your factories.

I'm firing you as head of your business. I'll be operating the firm now for the benefit of all mankind.

There's a whole bunch of Erics and Andrews out there and they can't come to you for jobs groveling like beggars...we need to spread YOUR wealth around..."

I looked up. The President dropped his spoon into the empty ramekin which had been his crème Brule.

Given the power of the environmental lobby to tie up projects in endless litigation, we could never today build our Interstate Highway System, Hoover Dam, the TVA or the Union Pacific Railroad.

In a strongly worded message to Congress outlining its priorities for a military spending bill, the Obama administration today said it disapproved of including money for pensions for 26 elderly members of the World War II-era Alaska Territorial Guard.

The Guardsmen are among those assigned to protect Alaska from the Japanese during World War II.

This is beyond the pale, and just shows Obama's continual disregard for what has made America the greatest nation on earth. To diminish these brave Alaska Natives as "state employees" is to diminish all of the brave men and women who served their nation in all sorts of ways during WWI.

Thomas Shelden got his $73,500 annual salary but had no duties while the district investigated. Shelden spent the day napping, watching television, taking walks and lifting weights.

Thomas Shelden, a Los Angeles city schoolteacher who spent nearly two years outside the classroom with full pay and benefits while district officials investigated accusations against him.

Under a long-standing practice, those employees are not given any assignments and receive their full wages and benefits.

Shelden, whose annual salary was $73,500, had been accused of sexually harassing another instructor, who later took out a restraining order against him.

California Democrats requested roughly $7.5 billion for the coming year, an average of $220 million per member. "Firing tenured teachers can be a costly and tortuous task," documented the case of teacher Carlos Polanco, who was accused by the school district of "immoral and unprofessional conduct" for making fun, in front of his class, of a student who had just returned after a suicide attempt.

This is from the school board: "He stated to the student, 'Look you can't even kill yourself.' Mr. Polanco then engaged other students in the discussion of the suicidal student's attempted suicide, which prompted another student to engage in a detailed explanation of how to hit a main artery."

Despite nonstop media warnings about hateful protests, violence from TEA party attendants is so nonexistent that police feel safe allowing them to bring large items and sometimes even guns.

The actor who does did the voice for the GEICO commercials was sacked this week for leaving a message on a Tea Party organization voicemail, referring to Tea Party members as "mentally retarded killers."

His First Amendment rights have not been abridged. With freedom comes responsibility. Actions have consequences. He made a choice and GEICO made a choice to can him. Fair enough. Now he has plenty of time to make more stupid phone calls.

While conditions may not be up to US standards, Americans can seek treatment in Mexico for a fraction of the cost, and that will only continue to rise thanks to ObamaCare. As baby boomers retire and more doctors are needed but in short supply (again, thanks to ObamaCare) many may turn to Mexico. So what's the logical next step? Medicare reimbursement in Mexico. No this is not a joke, this is a serious consideration that Mexican President Felipe Calderon is expected to bring up to Barack Obama when the two meet next month.

A grandmother in the UK suffers from a brain condition called dystonia, which causes extreme and uncontrollable shaking. So she went to the National Health Service (NHS), which is broken down into "health areas." The NHS told her that she could not have an operation that could help her condition. As if that wasn't bad enough it turns out that if this woman had lived just a few streets away she would live in a "health area" that does offer the treatment.

There are a growing number of companies in this country that exist solely to help homeowners walk away from their mortgages. This newly-common trend is called a "strategic default." A founder of one of these companies says, "People have this misperception that people who walk away are doing something unethical ... To me, they're making a good ethical decision because they're taking care of themselves and their family and it's a business decision."

It sounds like this guy is looking for an appointment to the Obama cabinet with this level of ethics.

States have varying methods for picking the electors who vote in the Electoral College. The vote that actually chooses who will and will not be President. So why couldn't the states take it upon themselves to verify the constitutional qualifications of Presidential candidates? In this instance they're not creating a requirement that isn't already in the constitution. And there's nothing in the constitution prohibiting states from make such verifications a prerequisite for being listed on the ballot.

Democrats - terrified of the Tea Party movement - are coming out of the woodwork to warn about the so-called dangerous rhetoric of the right. There are just two problems here. No. 1, the 1st Amendment protects political speech whether anybody likes it or not. No. 2, the hypocrisy of the leftist political class is mind-boggling.

Put this agency to work for a while and most borrowing opportunities for lower and middle income Americans will dry up. Credit card? Forget it. The rules will be so onerous you'll be lucky to have one in your wallet. Remember - Obama's goal is a politically controlled economy. This financial regulation bill is a huge step in that direction.

They leave Wall Street with their sacks of evil money, they go to Washington, and then automatically we can trust them. Their sins are forgiven! How does that work?

A suburban school district secretly captured at least 56,000 webcam photographs and screen shots from laptops issued to high school students. "It's clear there were students who were likely captured in their homes," said lawyer Henry Hockeimer, who represents the Lower Merion School District.

The district photographed student Blake Robbins 400 times during a 15-day period last fall, sometimes as he slept in bed or was half-dressed. A new type of speed cameras which can use satellites to measure average speed over long distances are being tested in Britain. North Carolina is demanding that the retailer turn over the name, address and details of every purchase of virtually every North Carolina resident who has purchased anything from Amazon since 2003.

The company said the disclosure of such information will invade privacy of its customers.

Obama's tax return for 2009 was just published today. There is some interesting information that you WILL NOT hear in the mainstream press. Barack Obama made $1.6 million dollars in dividends, investment and other business "income" from "foreign" (as in overseas) investments (providing foreign capital for foreign jobs some likely "exported" from the USA) and only made $12,000 dollars in dividends from US based companies, and even this was because he was the beneficiary of a Trust that made the investment decisions not likely Barack Obama.

Obama didn't pay any US taxes on the $1.6 million in foreign income as corroborated on his form 1116 attached to his 1040 yet it generated a $59,000 credit against Obama's US taxes which means because he invested overseas and avoided US taxes he also benefited from it by reducing his tax on his other US domesticincome by $59,000. I guess this is okay for him but Exxon and other American companies should be criticized for the same thing.

In short, Obama invested in foreign companies not American companies and though he paid taxes on that income to foreign countries, those taxes created a credit (offset) against Obama's US taxes to the tune of $59,000.

The press "accidentally" missed this same thing in 2008 when they pronounced that his tax return looked "pretty much in order." A notable difference in 2008 was that most all of his "interest income" was in "Tax Exempt" domestic debt instruments. What was that about the rich paying their "FAIR SHARE?"

An Osceola County man thought he'd paid off a parking ticket, so he was surprised to find out Monday that the Orange County Clerk's office had issued a warrant for his arrest.

* In the 1930s the German people began to have a preoccupation with death. Via abortion they killed forty percent of all babies conceived. Then they moved on to euthanasia (killing of the elderly), then to the killing of the crippled, deformed and handicapped, and then to the killing of Jews who were deemed as a sub human race by the Nazi regime. At one point in the 1930s, the Nazi emptied hospitals, clinics, and sanitariums, and killed up to 275,000 old, sick, crippled, retarded, or otherwise handicapped persons. This was well before the Nazi death camps opened.

As in America today the lines of Moral absolutes are being erased as the disposal of the unwanted are being rationalized as making room for the capable, competent, or productive. As Germany evolved into a culture of death, most Germans barely took note of it, or saw anything wrong with it. Extermination of Jews, Christians, and any other undesirable was a natural progression of this culture of death.

In America we kill 1.6 million babies a year; over 40 million in the past twenty years. We are rapidly moving towards a culture of death as in Germany in the 1930s. Each day we see and hear of gratuitous violence and murder on television. The movie and video game industry has pulled all the stops when it comes to blood and gore. Drive by or freeway shootings and violent murder have become a way of life in America. We are gradually becoming more and more anesthetized to violent death each day.

* The Nazis passed thousands of laws, rules, and regulations to regulate and control every aspect of the German people's lives - so many, that virtually anyone could be branded (or labeled) as a criminal and have their property seized, be jailed, or executed at the whim of the Nazis. Highly complex financial, currency, cash reporting, and privacy laws were passed which almost no one understood. Christians who sent money out of the country to missionaries had their assets seized and were often jailed (or worst) under Nazi money -laundering laws. Raids on homes (often in the middle of the night) by the Gestapo became commonplace, along with widespread property seizures.

The same thing has happened in America in the 1990s as the least 2,500 new laws were passed by Congress. The bureaucracy, consisting of dozens of alphabet agencies (EPA, FDA, OSHA, BATF, FBI, IRS, DEA, etc…) then write over 86,000 pages of regulations carry criminal as well as civil penalties and have led in recent years to the seizures and forfeiture of the property of roughly 250,000 Americans per year, who have inadvertently violated one of these regulations. Raids on homes by the BATF, FBI, and others federal agents (often at dawn) have become commonplace along with widespread property seizures.

Hence in the 1990s every American has become a potential criminal (just as in Nazi Germany) and is probably in criminal violation of a number of regulations at any time- and doesn't even know it! And just as in Nazi Germany, anyone who is politically incorrect can be fingered, arrested, and jailed - or stripped of their assets. As in Germany and it is all done legally!

There is an ominous parallel between the animal rights legislation in the Third Reich and the Endangered Species Act in America today. The Book Understanding Nazi Animal Protection and the Holocaust, by Arnold Arluke and Boria Sax, explains the Nazi perverted and occultic attitudes towards animals:

In close evaluation of prominent Nazi military and political figures, it is suggested that there was a strong affection for animals, but and equally strong enmity towards human beings…Perhaps in their twisted point of view, their dedication to the welfare of animals excused their inhumane treatment of Jews.

The most interesting facet of Nazism is the abolition of moral distinctions between animals and people. (A rat is a pig is a dog is a boy.) They believed it was possible to increase the moral standing of animals and decrease the moral standing of people, thus integrating human characteristics to animals.

Immediately after the Nazis came to power, laws were passed that forbade the experimentation and dissection of animals for research. In their favor of animal protection, they even addressed the shoeing of horses and the suffering of lobsters and crabs being boiled alive.

German zoologist Ernst Haechel attacked religion, especially Christianity, for its reverence of human beings. He believed that man and animals shared the same moral status. Animal protection was to be used to reform human society.

* The Nazi Third Reich was not only a political movement or regime; it was also a supernatural, occultic movement and was in strong opposition to Bible based Christianity and Orthodox Judaism. The religious foundation of the Nazi Third Reich was from the same Eastern religions that are the foundation for the present day New Age Movement, which now permeates the Liberal Eastern Establishment and energizes or provides the occultic dynamic behind the New World Order.

It is interesting that the Nazis had a low respect for human life, but revered animals, nature, etc. and how today's abortion movement, environmentalist, animal rights activists, etc.. have low respect for human life (they are almost fanatical about population limits, control, reduction, abortion, euthanasia, etc..) but are concurrently fanatical about preserving trees, plants, animals, fish, birds, insects, planet earth (called Mother Gaia), etc… The extreme of regard for people but high regard for animals and nature at first seems inconsistent, but not if one considers the occultic nature of both the Nazis and our present day hard core environmental and animal rights activists.

These apparent inconsistencies are very consistent within the context of the occult and Eastern Religions. Remember, in India, the breeding ground of the Eastern Religions, cows, and rats are worshiped as gods and cannot be killed or eaten, while insects cannot be killed because they could be some reincarnated friend or loved one. The Eastern religions made more of an inroad into Nazi Germany in the 1903s and likewise into America today. This helps to explain the importance of the parallels described above.

The globalist and their fellow environmentalists, the secular humanists, the abortionists, the radical feminists, the homosexual movement and the communists have several common denominators. They hate traditional American values, they hate the U.S. Constitution, they hate the traditional family, and they hate fundamental evangelical, Bible believing Christians-whom they consider to be a great threat to their socialist/globalist, homosexual, or environmental agendas for the planet. Some globalists refer to fundamental Christians and Orthodox Jews as a "virulent virus" that has to be purged.

So, just as there was a supernatural, occultic satanic dynamic behind the Nazis, there is also the same dynamic behind the New World Order and present day American social, cultural, and political free fall.

PDDs-25 (formerly PDD-13) is an example of Clinton's broad policy changes without congressional approval. PDDs-25 created the framework for moving the U.S. military under the United Nations command, and is the basis for U.S. military participation in U.S. peacekeeping operations.

EO 10995- All communications media seized by the federal government: Radio, television, newspapers, magazines, CB, HAM, short wave, telephones, satellites, and the internet. The First Amendment would be suspended.

EO 10997- Seizure of all electrical power: fuels, including gasoline, and minerals.

EO 10998- Seizure of all food resources: farms, and farm equipment. Anti-food hoarding will go into effect.

EO 10999- Seizure of all kinds of highways, seaports, waterways, rail ways, airports, and public storage facilitates. The government can seize any vehicle.

EO 11001- Federal takeover of all health, education and welfare, including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and schools.

EO 11002- Postmaster General empowered to register everyman, woman, and child in the U.S.A.

EO 11004- Housing and finance authority may shift populations from one locality to another. Hosing may be seized.

EO 11051- The director of the Office of Emergency Planning authorized to put Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tension or "financial crisis." He is also to perform such additional functions as the president may direct.

EO- 11490- Presidential control over all U.S. citizens and businesses (including churches) in time of emergency.

EO- 11921- The government would seize control over education, welfare, mechanisms of production and distribution, energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions and impose total censorship.

EO 12919- Directs various cabinets' officials to be constantly ready to take over virtually all aspects of the U.S. economy during a State of Emergency- at the direction of the president.

EO 13010- Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. [Note: FEMA is now directly under the control of the president a his National Security Council]

EO 13011- Creates a national information system, a massive new bureaucracy with authority to manage "Federal Information Technology" (signed by President Clinton on July 16, 1998) It links the data gathered by the health, Education, and Labor Departments to the data assessable to the FBI,CIA,EPA, and other federal agencies.

National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive# 51 signed on May 9, 2007. When the president determines a catastrophic emergency has occurred, the president can take over all government functions and direct all private sector activities to ensure we will emerge from the emergency with an "enduring constitutional government."

The language written in the directive is disturbing because it doesn't say that the President will work with the other branches of government equally to ensure a constitutional government is protected. It says clearly that there will be a cooperative effort among the three branches that will be coordinated by the President.

If the President is coordinating these efforts it effectively puts him in charge of every branch. The language in the directive is entirely Orwellian in nature making it seem that it is a cooperative effort between all three branches but than it says that the President is in charge of the cooperative effort. In the event of a financial crisis that seems to be pending in the near future. "Voila"… We have an instant dictatorship!

The United States of America, the greatest nation in the history of the world up until a few decades ago, is in decline in every way that a nation can be- economic, financial, social, political, moral, and spiritual. We have the most corrupt government in our history, but the great majority of Americans (including Christians) don't really care, because they feel prosperous, and because the morals of our leaders simple reflect the morals of our people. I was born in one country, raised in another. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women.

Lawyers for 15-year-old Blake Robbins and his family claimed that thousands of images were taken by the laptop Webcams. Included in these were, according to the motion, "pictures of Blake partially undressed and of Blake sleeping."

Lawyers claim that each time the LANRev software took Webcam shots, it sent them back to school district servers, where employees found entertainment in "a little LMSD soap opera."

The Robbins' family motion claims that 400 pictures were taken of Blake Robbins alone in a period spanning some two weeks late last year. It specifically named Carol Cafiero, one of the employees placed on leave.

The family reportedly suggested that Cafiero "may have been a voyeur" and, on the basis of e-mails the school district allegedly turned over to the Robbins family, the family has demanded to see Cafiero's personal computer. The judge is being asked for that computer to be handed over, while Cafiero's lawyers reportedly say their client is prepared to hand it over to the district's IT staff.

What do you expect from government school employee perverts? Will these pathetic wastes of oxygen be charged?

A webcam spying scandal at a suburban Philadelphia school district is broadening, with lawyers claiming the district secretly snapped thousands of webcam images of students using school-issued laptops without the pupils' knowledge or consent.

Some of the images included pictures of youths at home, in bed or even "partially dressed."

"Discovery to date has now revealed that thousands of webcam pictures and screen shots have been taken from numerous other students in their homes."

Thursday's filing, which claims 400 images of Robbins were taken during a two-week period last fall, also says that an IT administrator at the district "may be a voyeur."

The lawsuit said the administrator, who has been placed on paid leave, "invokes the Fifth Amendment to every question asked of her, including a question asked as to whether she had ever downloading (sic) pictures to her own computer, including pictures of students who were naked while in their home."

Democrats launched into an assault on incivility, saying incendiary words from members of Congress were inflaming tensions that could provoke another OKC-style incident.

How about the government employee union member in New Jersey who threatened the governor? The biased media appears to be burying that story.

A wealthy businessman who raised money for leading Democrat Party politicians, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, pleaded guilty on Thursday to defrauding three major banks out of $292.2 million in loan transactions.

News reports on April 8 informed us that about 47 percent of the people in this country don't pay any federal income taxes. Right next to those news stories were other reports that about 47 percent of the people in this country think that the amount they pay in income taxes is just about right. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being a near certainty, what would you say are the chances that the people paying no income taxes are the same as those who say their tax burden is just about right?

The average American taxpayer spent a total of 57 hours on the paperwork necessary to file their taxes. That's just about equal to one workweek for a member of the productive class. Those hours spent by individual taxpayers are miniscule compared to the time spent by American businesses and corporations.

First, just where do you imagine this idea of a progressive income tax first surfaced? That would be in a book published in 1848 by two characters named Marx and Engels. The book was "The Communist Manifesto." Right there - listed as No. 2 of 10 steps to a Communist nirvana - you'll find the call for "a heavy progressive or graduated income tax." So tell me, when 1 percent of the income earners in America are paying almost 40 percent of all income taxes, is that progressive enough for you?

You may find it interesting that No. 3 on the list was the "abolition of all rights of inheritance." Death tax anyone? The Democrats want it back. Full force. (Just an aside here, but government schools - we call them "public" schools - were No. 10.)

Our income tax is no longer merely a means of funding the legitimate operations of the federal government. It is, in the hands of the Democrat Party, a tool for what they perceive as "social justice."

Barack Obama believes that wealth is distributed, not earned. His oft-stated goal is to use our tax code to place wealth in the hands of those he feels to be deserving, not in the hands of those who actually earned it.

The 47 percent of us who pay no income taxes think this is a mighty wonderful idea.

The Navy's decision has outraged some critics who have not forgiven the Pennsylvania Democrat for accusing U.S. Marines of murdering Iraqi civilians "in cold blood."

THE Encyclopedia Britannica defines taxation as "that part of the revenues of a state which is obtained by the compulsory dues and charges upon its subjects." That is about as concise and accurate as a definition can be; it leaves no room for argument as to what taxation is. In that statement of fact the word "compulsory" looms large, simply because of its ethical content. The quick reaction is to question the "right" of the State to this use of power.

Gov. David Paterson plans to offer legislation Wednesday to bail out the troubled New York City Off Track Betting Corp. for a year. Now owned by the state after years of fiscal troubles as a public benefit corporation in city government, New York City OTB is in bankruptcy court to reorganize and deal with its debt.

When is the last time that you ever heard of a bookie with a monopoly losing money? This would be like the governor of Nevada having to bail out the Bellagio. The house usually wins. What a sad, sad, sad testimony to the efficiency of government even at the state level. If you can't run a monopoly bookie operation without losing money, you shouldn't be trusted to run anything.

Arizona lawmakers on Tuesday passed one of the toughest pieces of immigration-enforcement legislation in the country, which would make it a violation of state law to be in the U.S. without proper documentation.

It would also grant police the power to stop and verify the immigration status of anyone they suspect of being illegal.

The bill could still face a veto from Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer. A spokesman for Ms. Brewer said she has not publicly commented on the bill. Ms. Brewer, a Republican, has argued for stringent immigration laws.

Under the measure, passed Tuesday by Arizona's lower house, after being passed earlier by the state Senate, foreign nationals are required to carry proof of legal residency.

Immigrants' rights groups roundly criticized the bill. "The objective is to make life miserable for immigrants so that they leave the state," said Chris Newman, general counsel for the Los Angeles-based National Day Laborer Organizing Network. "The bill constitutes a complete disregard for the rights of nonwhites in Arizona. It effectively mandates racial profiling."

"He got us out of the Great Depression." That's probably the most frequent comment made about President Franklin Roosevelt, who died 65 years ago today. Every Democratic president from Truman to Obama has believed it, and each has used FDR's New Deal as a model for expanding the government.

It's a myth. FDR did not get us out of the Great Depression-not during the 1930s, and only in a limited sense during World War II.

Let's start with the New Deal. Its various alphabet-soup agencies-the WPA, AAA, NRA and even the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority)-failed to create sustainable jobs. In May 1939, U.S. unemployment still exceeded 20%. European countries, according to a League of Nations survey, averaged only about 12% in 1938. The New Deal, by forcing taxes up and discouraging entrepreneurs from investing, probably did more harm than good.

What about World War II? We need to understand that the near-full employment during the conflict was temporary. Ten million to 12 million soldiers overseas and another 10 million to 15 million people making tanks, bullets and war materiel do not a lasting recovery make. The country essentially traded temporary jobs for a skyrocketing national debt. Many of those jobs had little or no value after the war.

No one knew this more than FDR himself. His key advisers were frantic at the possibility of the Great Depression's return when the war ended and the soldiers came home. The president believed a New Deal revival was the answer-and on Oct. 28, 1944, about six months before his death, he spelled out his vision for a postwar America. It included government-subsidized housing, federal involvement in health care, more TVA projects, and the "right to a useful and remunerative job" provided by the federal government if necessary.

Roosevelt died before the war ended and before he could implement his New Deal revival. His successor, Harry Truman, in a 16,000 word message on Sept. 6, 1945, urged Congress to enact FDR's ideas as the best way to achieve full employment after the war.

Congress-both chambers with Democratic majorities-responded by just saying "no." No to the whole New Deal revival: no federal program for health care, no full-employment act, only limited federal housing, and no increase in minimum wage or Social Security benefits.

Instead, Congress reduced taxes. Income tax rates were cut across the board. FDR's top marginal rate, 94% on all income over $200,000, was cut to 86.45%. The lowest rate was cut to 19% from 23%, and with a change in the amount of income exempt from taxation an estimated 12 million Americans were eliminated from the tax rolls entirely.

Corporate tax rates were trimmed and FDR's "excess profits" tax was repealed, which meant that top marginal corporate tax rates effectively went to 38% from 90% after 1945.

Georgia Sen. Walter George, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, defended the Revenue Act of 1945 with arguments that today we would call "supply-side economics." If the tax bill "has the effect which it is hoped it will have," George said, "it will so stimulate the expansion of business as to bring in a greater total revenue."

He was prophetic. By the late 1940s, a revived economy was generating more annual federal revenue than the U.S. had received during the war years, when tax rates were higher. Price controls from the war were also eliminated by the end of 1946. The U.S. began running budget surpluses.

Congress substituted the tonic of freedom for FDR's New Deal revival and the American economy recovered well. Unemployment, which had been in double digits throughout the 1930s, was only 3.9% in 1946 and, except for a couple of short recessions, remained in that range for the next decade.

The Great Depression was over, no thanks to FDR. Yet the myth of his New Deal lives on. With the current effort by President Obama to emulate some of FDR's programs to get us out of the recent deep recession, this myth should be laid to rest.

Ten years after the New Deal we still had 15 to 20% unemployment. The New Deal didn't do anything about unemployment. The New Deal created the aura of FDR and the Democrat Party as the party of compassion and caring. They didn't do one thing.

It wasn't one social program after another. It was tax cuts that were lowered. The Joint Committee on Taxation reports that taxpayers earning less than $200,000 a year will pay $3.9 billion more in taxes in 2019 alone, all thanks to ObamaCare. Why 2019? Because that is the year when ObamaCare will be fully implemented. The new law will also raise $15.2 billion over ten years by limiting medical expense deductions, in other words, a tax increase. This deduction limitation will affect 14.8 million taxpayers, and 14.7 million of those taxpayers earn less than $200,000 a year.

To all of you who were gullible and thought that Obama was your lord and savior: So much for Obama's promise. It sucks to be suckered, doesn't it? There's your change. Are you proud of the way you voted in 2008?

Now, at this time, while Obama is sitting in the office, he can be challenged by another law, called "Quo Warranto", which means "by whose authority do you rule?" (D.C.statute 35}16-3501) The exact statues states:

"A quo warranto may be issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States against a person who within the District of Columbia usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises, a franchise conferred by the United States or a public office of the United States, civil or military. The proceedings shall be deemed a civil action."

In Quo Warranto the burden of proof will be on Obama to prove he is Constitutionally Eligible. It will not be on We the People (Plaintiffs) to prove he is not eligible. Constitutional Eligibility is a legal matter for the DC Federal Courts which Congress established for such issues.
